GUIDELINES FOR TURTLEDOVE HIRING TALENT JANUARY 2026

REGULATIONS:

✶ Subscribed @turtiedove (on telegram) before send the format through our bot. Sudah subscribe @turtiedove sebelum mengirimkan format. 

✶ Not joining above 3 agencies (before Turtledove) in total. Tidak sedang dinaungi 3 agensi (sebelum Turtledove) atau dengan kata lain, sebelum mengirimkan format pendaftaran sebagai talent Turtledove, sebaiknya hanya memiliki 2 agensi (sudah termasuk private-rental)

✶ Not under 17 years old, but if available for NSFW should be 19+. Minimal berumur 17 tahun dan untuk yang avail NSFW harus berumur lebih dari 19 tahun. 

✶ Account types RP or P-RP or PA are not allowed to join. Tidak menerima dengan tipe akun RP, P-RP (atau semi RP), dan akun PA yang difokuskan pada urusan personal.

✶ Has responsibilites for all actions and speaks honesty. Bertanggung jawab dan jujur dengan segala tindakannya. 

✶ Penilaian akan dilakukan dengan mengecek testimonials (apabila sudah memiliki testimonial lebih dari 5), interview (apabila belum memiliki testimonial), dan keaktifan dalam grup maupun dalam base rental. 

BENEFITS:

✶ Moodboard, untuk talent dengan customer yang request muse. 

✶ Icons / Loveboard / Manips / Scribble / Love letter / Carrd / Wording dan Channel PDA, untuk talent dengan customer V/VIP atau REG minimal 3 hari (sebagai hadiah). Bisa cek di @ttdarchives

✶ Akun spotify premium, untuk talent dengan customer yang request listening date.

✶ Akun HBO GO, Viu, WeTV, Youtube premium, untuk talent dengan customer yang request movie date. Tidak menyediakan Netflix dan Disney+ dan tidak mengizinkan customer request movie date pada platforms tersebut. 

✶ Potongan gaji 0-12%, terhitung akan dipotong 12% jika mengambil benefit.
