1) Middle Eastern oil and gas is choked off for now
2) Russian oil and gas is banned
3) The US controls Venezuelan oil and its revenue
→ So the USA has an oversupply of oil to sell
4) The US sells a lot of its own oil and especially gas too
→ Europe and others will have to buy from the USA at sky-high prices. Their Qatar gas contracts are worthless now.
What a great way to redirect oil and gas trade flows to the USA and its allies. Nah, just a funny thought… a joke.
