GG Studio — Growth & Acquisition Operator (Part-Time, Remote, Global)
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: GG Studio
The role in one line
We need someone who can run a lean growth system for a premium B2B design studio. We're hiring for judgment, market fluency, and a killer instinct for what makes a founder say yes.
GG Studio designs and builds high-conversion websites for funded B2B SaaS and AI startups. 2x Top Framer Creator, Top 1% Contra, 500+ projects, clients from Y Combinator to nine-figure product launches. We're opening a second, English-first brand for our international client base, and we need someone to run growth for it.
Part-time to start (20 hrs/week). Fully remote, anywhere in the world. This starts as a 30-60 day paid trial with clear output targets, not a leap-of-faith hire. If it works, it becomes a bigger, better-paid, more permanent role.
What you'll actually spend your time on
This is not top-of-funnel data entry. The AI agents handle the volume; you handle the judgment calls the agents can't:
* Run the acquisition system, not build it from scratch. You'll operate agents that already do signal detection (funding rounds, hiring signals, launches), first-draft outreach, and lead qualification. Your job is to review what they produce, decide what's actually worth sending, and refine the system when it's wrong.
* Own partnerships. Reach out to agency programs, fractional CMOs, growth agencies, and early-stage VC portfolio/platform teams and startups. This is relationship-building and negotiation. You'll pitch referral arrangements, follow up, and close them.
* Publish and edit, not draft from zero. We provide first drafts of case studies, comparison pages, and answer-engine content. You edit for accuracy, voice, and whether it would actually convince a skeptical founder, then publish.
* Qualify and triage inbound, including our public signature automation tool. You'll be the first human judgment layer on whether a lead is real.
* Keep score. A weekly one-page dashboard: qualified calls booked, where they came from, cost per acquisition. If a channel isn't producing, you're the one who says so and kills it.
* Occasionally write warm outreach yourself when a signal is strong enough to deserve a genuinely personal note, not a template.
What you will not do: cold-call, run high-volume spray outbound, negotiate final pricing (that stays with the founder), or promise scope you're not qualified to promise.
Who we're looking for
We don't care where you live. We care whether you have this:
* Fluent, persuasive written English. This is non-negotiable and the first thing we test. You're writing to funded startup founders. The bar is "this sounds like someone worth a reply," not "grammatically correct."
* Real B2B growth or GTM instinct. You've either run outbound/partnerships for an agency or startup before, or you can point to a channel you built from nothing that produced real pipeline. We'll ask you to walk us through one.
* Comfortable being managed by outcomes, not hours. We're not going to watch you work. We're going to look at the dashboard on Friday.
* Genuinely fluent with AI tools as a daily practice. Not "I've used ChatGPT," but comfortable directing an agent, catching when it's wrong, and improving the prompt or process instead of just redoing the task by hand.
* You understand premium B2B positioning. You know the difference between "cheap agency" and "the studio a funded founder trusts with their Series A launch," and you can write and act accordingly.
Nice to have, not required: experience with Framer, prior agency-side growth work, existing relationships with VC platform teams or fractional CMOs.
How we'll actually evaluate you
Because this is a trial-first hire, the application itself is a mini-version of the job:
1. Short async application (form, not a call): 3 questions, answered in writing, no more than one page total.
2. Live or recorded task, your choice: given one real (anonymized) prospect signal, draft the outreach note you'd send and the one-line reasoning for why. We're grading judgment, not vocabulary.
3. 30-60 day paid trial with three named outputs (see below) — not a vague "let's see how it goes."
The 30-60 day trial, in concrete deliverables
We evaluate output, not activity:
* Partnership program live: Agency programs directory enrolled and optimized, plus outreach sent to a target list of fractional CMOs, growth agencies, startups and VC platform teams
* Weekly dashboard running, with real attribution by channel
* At least one channel producing a genuinely qualified call, attributed and documented
* Your own written assessment at day 45: what's working, what you'd kill, what you'd double down on
If those three things are true by day 60, we talk about making this bigger.
Compensation
Part-time trial: $500–750/month USD, scoped to 20 hrs/week, paid regardless of location. Post-trial, this becomes a larger retainer or a rev-share-inclusive role tied to qualified calls and partnership deals closed. We'll design that together once we've seen real output.
How to apply
Send: (1) a two-paragraph note on the best growth channel you've built from scratch and what made it work, (2) a link to anything you've written in English that you're proud of, (3) your availability for the next 2-3 weeks. We're aiming to start conversations in mid-August and have someone in trial within two weeks of that.
