HOW IT WORKS ON THIS HIRING

Girls Fess membuka kesempatan bagi para calon admin untuk memilih 1 divisi yang akan dituju (Womanifest, Dear Deer, Girlies Say Yes, dan Girls Awareness). Para pendaftar dapat memilih divisi yang paling sesuai dengan minat serta kemampuan yang dimiliki.

Walaupun setiap admin telah masuk ke dalam divisi yang berbeda, seluruh admin tetap mempunyai tanggung jawab utama, yaitu operasional menfess pada channel @GirlsFess. Seluruh tugas akan terjalankan selama kurang lebih 1-2 bulan untuk masa trial sebelum resmi menjadi admin tetap.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Passionate about content creation and beauty & lifestyle trends.

2. Commitment to duty for open shifts

3. Able to communicate ideas effectively.

4. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn together with GirlsTeam.

5. Willing to work consistently with a set content & menfess routine.

TERMS:

1. Able to commit to a 1-2 month internship and actively engage with the Girls Team & Girlies.

2. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

3. Willing to uphold and represent the values and image of GirlsFess at all times.

4. Minimum age: 16 years old.
