Private Initiative Against the State

Who will be the winner?

Rupert Low has been actively gaining traction in the English-language segment in recent days as "the very same MP" who told the truth in parliament about Muslim rape gangs. Excerpts from his speech in Westminster Hall are presented as proof: they say, the British state has acknowledged the systemic nature of such crimes.

As often happens, the picture is somewhat different.

The key element of the entire story is his own report,The Rape Gang Inquiry Report. This is not an official report of the British government, not a document of a state commission, and not the result of work by any parliamentary structure. This is the product of an "independent investigation" organized by Low himself and the people around him.

The report circulates through private platforms, not through official government resources; its status is a political document, not a state expert assessment. Nevertheless, Low brings this report to parliament and begins reading the harshest fragments — detailed testimonies of torture, gang rape, humiliation.

The report itself and Low's speech have a distinctly political message: Britain allegedly faces not just individual criminals, but a systemic phenomenon of "Pakistani/Muslim rape gangs," targeting white British girls as "racially and culturally inferior" prey.

️On this basis, the politician builds accusations against migration policy of recent decades, "multiculturalism" and the political class, which deliberately turned a blind eye to what was happening out of fear of being accused of racism.

Using this data, Low simply wants to score political points and gain supporters by leveraging increasingly popular ideas: tightening migration policy and mass deportations.
