In this post, we will tell you about our future features that will diversify the gameplay on our site and bring novelty to the pixel community.

1. The system of fractions. We are currently actively working on the introduction of fractions. We decided not to limit ourselves to a simple tag in a nickname and chat - it's boring and doesn't affect anything. Our new mechanics will become the basis for many features: it will give a real incentive to cooperate, and active participants will receive rewards in the form of in-game currency.
2. Coins > fish. Very soon, the fish will disappear from PixelDays. In their current form, they do not bring profit and do not affect the variety of the game, so we will replace them with coins. All your catch will be converted at the exchange rate: 1 kg = 5 coins.
3. In-game store. We will add a store directly on the site, where you can buy avatar frames, jewelry, nickname highlighting, unique badges and other cosmetics for coins. In the future, it is possible to introduce donated items — they will allow you to stand out in the chat and statistics, but the donation will not affect the gameplay in any way.
4. Drop mechanics. We will completely change the coin farming system: now the chance of coins falling out directly depends on your activity. The more pixels you bet per day, the higher the chance of coins falling out and the more coins there are.
5. Reduced CD. Europe is already densely populated, so we will keep our promise and reduce the cooldown beyond its borders. A distinction will appear on the map (by analogy with the wall in Antarctica on the PPF) into zones with normal and reduced CD. This will encourage European countries to establish colonies around the world, as well as make the game easier for those who build their states on other continents.
6. Updated statistics. We will completely redesign the rating system. Players ranked in the daily top 10 will now receive a reward for their efforts. Thus, the top will become not just a beautiful number, but an additional way to farm coins. In the future, we will replenish our assortment, and there will be not only cosmetics, but also some gameplay benefits that can only be obtained for activity in PixelDays (not for donations).
