All messages shared in this chat should be free of offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful content. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, explicit language, personal attacks, and discriminatory remarks. Additionally, usernames should be appropriate, avoiding any offensive, inappropriate, or misleading terms.

Spamming, which includes repetitive or irrelevant messages, links, or content with the intent to promote, advertise, or disrupt conversations, is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from flooding the chat with the same message, excessive emojis, or repeated content that adds no value to the discussion.

3️⃣ Anti-Harassment and Inclusive Behavior

1. No Harassment or Targeted Attacks:

Harassment, attacking, or making fun of individuals or groups based on race, body image, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing memes or content that mock or belittle marginalized communities, historical tragedies, or sensitive issues such as 9/11, transgender matters, or conditions faced by 3rd world countries.

2. No Sexual Harassment or Encouragement:

Any form of sexual harassment, explicit content, or encouragement of harassment is strictly forbidden. Treat all participants with respect and refrain from engaging in discussions or sharing content of a sexual nature that could make others uncomfortable.

1. Use Common Sense:

Engage in discussions with respect, empathy, and consideration for others. While we may not be able to outline every possible behavior, we trust that you'll exercise common sense and avoid actions that could disrupt the positive atmosphere of the chat.

2. No Trolling:

Trolling, which includes posting inflammatory, off-topic, or disruptive content with the intent to provoke reactions or cause confusion, is not allowed. Constructive conversations contribute to the overall quality of our chat, and trolling detracts from this purpose.

1. No NSFW Content:

Sharing any form of NSFW art, photography, or videos is strictly prohibited. This includes explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive material that may be offensive or inappropriate for a general audience. We aim to create a space that is respectful and safe for everyone, regardless of age or background.

2. Immediate Ban for Violation:

Posting NSFW content will result in an immediate ban from the chat & channel. We take this rule seriously to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere for all participants.

3. Comments and Statements:

Keep the adult stuff to yourself. We aim to create a space that is respectful and safe for everyone, regardless of age or background.

6️⃣ Advertising Commission Works and Posting Limits

1. Advertising with Moderator Approval:

You're welcome to advertise your commission works, but please seek approval from @EzrianaAnmut, @GrovelHusky, @Lyktos, or a moderator before doing so. This helps ensure that the content is relevant and appropriate for the chat.

2. Avoid Repetition for the Same Item:

To prevent excessive repetition and potential spam, refrain from posting the same commission offer multiple times. Posting the same content repeatedly can be disruptive and diminish the overall quality of discussions.

3. Maximum of 2 Posts Per Day:

You are allowed a maximum of two posts per day for the same commission item. This limit ensures that your promotion is visible without overwhelming the chatroom with repetitive content.

7️⃣ Respect for the Moderation Team

Respect the Staff:

Treat all staff with respect and courtesy. They are here to ensure the chat remains a welcoming and productive space for everyone.

Identifying Staff:

Staff can be identified by their star and/or title in the chat list. If you have any questions, concerns, or require assistance, feel free to reach out to them or @admin in the chatroom

Avoid Blocking Staff:

Blocking staff without valid reasons can disrupt the moderation process and hinder effective communication. If you encounter issues, it's recommended to address them through open conversation rather than blocking.

Consequences of Blocking Staff:

Blocking staff without appropriate cause may result in being muted or even banned from the chat. This action helps us maintain a collaborative and respectful environment for all participants.

8️⃣ No Drama Policy and Conflict Resolution

1. No Drama:

Avoid engaging in drama or creating unnecessary conflicts within the chat. We strive to keep discussions positive, productive, and free from unnecessary disruptions.

2. Conflict Resolution through Staff:

If you have an issue with another member, please use private messages to communicate your concerns to Staff. They are here to help address conflicts and find appropriate resolutions.

3. Avoid Mini-Modding:

While we value participation from all members, attempting to act as a Staff member (mini-modding) is discouraged. Leave Admin tasks to the designated staff to ensure consistent enforcement of the rules.

4. No Outside Drama:

Refrain from bringing external conflicts or personal issues into the chat. Our goal is to create an environment free from outside drama.

Violating these guidelines may result in warnings or further actions, depending on the severity of the situation. Our aim is to provide a welcoming and harmonious space for all participants.

9️⃣Language Usage

1. English as Primary Language:

The primary language for communication in this chatroom is English. Please use English to participate in discussions, share thoughts, and interact with fellow members.

2. Context-Related Exceptions:

While English is preferred, we do permit the use of other languages in situations where it serves to clarify or enhance the context. For example, you may use another language briefly to explain how something is said or to provide cultural context.
