Full-time, full-stack Ruby developer
We are looking for a full-time, full-stack Ruby developer with at least 3 years experience to help bring our prototype project to launch. The majority of the work will be on the back-end.
We estimate the minimum amount of full-time work to be 6 weeks, with part-time ongoing work after. Moscow location preferred, but remote work is also ok.
The project is in the field of financial data services. The project has nothing to do with crypto, blockchain, trading robots etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Rails 5 (including Cells, Devise, Reform, Service Objects)
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with DigitalOcean
- Able to manage technical aspects of a project independently
- Able to articulate and communicate technical matters in plain language
- Comfortable with communicating in written English (fluency is a plus)
- Familiarity with payment and mailing vendors (Stripe, Mailchimp, etc) a plus
- Experience with a commercial, shipped project a plus
- Interest in financial markets
