Full-stack marketing manager

Remote | full time

We are looking for a full-stack marketing manager for mass client acquisition and client request processing of hobby poker players and club hosts.

We offer to the players a safe space for the game and to the club hosts, an opportunity to earn extra money with our products. But creating a massive influence in the market and popularization of poker as a game that teaches decision making, intelligence development and social skills is of utmost importance for us. In a nutshell, we are creating a new market because currently there isn't a single company that focuses on recreational poker players and the demand for that kind of game hasn’t been fully developed.

Main responsibilities:

• Generating ready-to-buy clients (hobby poker players and club hosts)
• Analyzing and segment the target audience
• Finding great messages and channels that will help us spread the idea of our product. We will evaluate that by measuring recreational player audience growth for our products. 
• Marketing content creation planning and monitoring of its achievement

Requirements:

• 5 years of marketing experience or more in a startup. The experience of starting with small budgets and small versions is very important and the ability to handle increased resources as the results increase. Grow client acquisition rapidly and be flexible and capable to adjust your approach oftentimes.
• Experience in different markets, willingness to learn the Brazilian market, and finding local partners. Brazilian experience is prefered. 
• Fluent english
