Full-Time Graphic Designer & Social Video Content Creator

Digital nomads. Work from anywhere

Company: Reputation Elevation

About Us
Reputation Elevation provides a full suite of digital marketing services, with a special focus on the autism therapy (ABA) space. Innovation, exceptional client service, and real results are at our core. Our design team produces a high volume of paid-social and Google ad creative — fast, on-brand, and built to perform.
The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer and Social Media Video Creator with genuine taste and creative instinct. You have a sharp eye for design, you can write a headline that stops the scroll, and you can turn a brief into polished image and video ads quickly. You’ll work closely with our ads team to concept and produce creative that wins attention and drives leads.
This is a high-output, direct-response role. You’ll often work within strict brand and content constraints (more on that below) and still find a way to make the work feel fresh. If you love the craft of making one ad clearly outperform another, you’ll fit in here.
Creativity is only half the job. The other half is execution: being quick, organized, and meticulous. A typical assignment is a set of graphics and short videos due in 3 business days — and “due in 3 business days” means done in 3 business days. Many clients run campaigns in multiple cities, so you’ll often produce near-identical creative sets that differ only in the details — the Atlanta set says Atlanta, the Savannah set says Savannah, and every location-specific element is right in each one. If that level of precision sounds tedious, this isn’t the role; if it sounds obvious, read on.
What You’ll Do
•    Concept and produce high-quality image and video ads for Facebook/Instagram and Google.
•    Write short, punchy on-asset copy and headlines — not just lay out design.
•    Tailor creative to ABA therapy providers and our other client industries.
•    Localize creative sets for multi-market clients — same campaign, different city — getting every location-specific detail right on every version.
•    Use generative AI as a core part of your workflow to move fast without sacrificing taste.
•    Partner with the ads team to understand each client and ship creative that hits the campaign goal.
•    Turn work around on schedule — a standard set of graphics and short videos is assigned with a 3-business-day deadline, and it ships on time, every time.
•    Deliver organized, editable source files for everything you make.
•    Keep current on what’s working in paid-social creative and bring ideas to the table.
Tools You’ll Use
We care about output and taste more than any specific software, but you should be fluent across these categories:
•    Canva — core to our workflow; you should be very comfortable here.
•    AI video generation — comfort with current AI video tools for generating and animating ad footage.
•    Image editing — a professional editor such as Photoshop (or equivalent).
•    AI image generation — generating and refining on-brand still imagery.
•    Video editing — assembling short-form video with text, captions, and music.
How We Work
•    Schedule — Full-time. You set your own hours, but you must be reliably available for live overlap from 3:00–6:00 PM Israel time for calls and feedback.
•    Deadlines — A typical assignment is a set of graphics and short videos with a 3-business-day turnaround. Deadlines are firm; if something threatens one, you flag it early, not on the due date.
•    Project management — Assignments are managed in ClickUp.
•    File handling — All work, including editable source files, is uploaded to our shared Google Drive.
•    Ad accounts — You may be added to our clients’ Facebook Ads accounts to upload creative.
Content Standards (Please Read)
Our ABA therapy clients require brand-safe, conservative creative. The first rule applies to every asset; the depiction rules apply whenever people appear:
•    The word “autism” or “ABA therapy” must be clearly visible in the text of every ad.
•    When people are shown, they’re conservatively dressed — elbows, knees, and collarbones covered — with conservative hairstyles.
•    Any children depicted read as ordinary, neurotypical kids.
•    When therapists are shown, they wear casual professional clothing — no lab coats or scrubs.
If tightly constrained creative frustrates you, this likely isn’t the right role. If you see constraints as a fun problem to solve, you’ll thrive.
We only view job applications from people who really read this through. Prove you read this by including the word “elephant” in your application message.
Creative Range (Also Please Read)
The rules above govern what appears on an asset — they do not mean every ad shows a therapy session, a child, or even a person. Many of our best-performing creatives don’t. Styles in our rotation include:
•    Text-only — typographic ads where the headline is the design.
•    Mood-setting — e.g., aerial footage of a beautiful landscape with a line about autism or ABA written over it.
•    Animated — animation works when it’s tasteful; it must never read as anime or feel immature.
•    UGC-style — an image or video of a parent at home, or a therapist working while a parent watches, with text on top. Feels authentic rather than produced.
That list isn’t a menu to pick from — it’s a starting point. There are endless creative styles to innovate, and part of this job is bringing us formats we haven’t tried. We want someone who works within our rules and keeps pushing the style range.
What We’re Looking For
•    Proven experience designing paid-social / direct-response ad creative (image and video). Please share a portfolio of ad work specifically — not only brand or editorial pieces.
•    A strong eye for layout, type, and what makes a scroll-stopping ad.
•    A style innovator — someone who moves fluently between text-only, mood-driven, animated, and UGC-style formats, and keeps proposing new ones we haven’t tried.
•    Solid short-form copy/headline instincts.
•    Real, current experience using generative AI for images and graphics.
•    Sharp attention to detail — especially across near-duplicate versions of the same creative (different cities, phone numbers, offers) where one wrong detail means a wrong ad goes live.
•    Organized and dependably on time — you manage multiple clients and deadlines at once, hit a 3-business-day turnaround consistently, and never drop quality to do it.
•    Clear communicator who collaborates well with a remote team.
•    Pluses: experience in the ABA therapy / autism space, and the ability to produce high-quality AI-generated video ads.
Our Hiring Process
Four steps, in this order:
1.    Video screener — a short, asynchronous video Q&A via VideoAsk. A few quick questions you answer on camera, on your own schedule. No preparation needed.
2.    Portfolio — send a portfolio of paid-social / direct-response ad work (image and video). Given the conservative standards of our client base, portfolios must contain no indecent or risqué imagery — submissions that include it will not be reviewed.
3.    Paid test assignment — a small, paid creative brief done to a real deadline, so we can see your taste, your process, and your reliability under our actual working conditions.
4.    Interview — a live conversation about your work, your test, and the role.
What We Offer
•    Full-time remote role with flexibility in how you structure your day.
•    A supportive, collaborative team that ships a lot of work.
•    Real impact on our clients’ marketing results.
•    Competitive compensation based on experience and skill.
* Join us in creating visually stunning, high-performing ad campaigns that make a difference.
