About The Plot
The Plot is a boutique marketing agency working with ambitious brands and technology companies around the world.
We're growing and looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This is an immediate part-time opportunity, with the potential to expand into additional client projects as we grow.
The Role
We're looking for a versatile marketer who can take ideas and turn them into excellent work, independently and efficiently.
Someone who understands B2B marketing, enjoys getting into the details, and feels comfortable moving between content, product messaging, campaigns and marketing operations.
This is not a pure content creation or project management role. We need someone who can think, create, execute and own deliverables from start to finish.
What You'll Do
* Create and manage compelling content across social, blogs and other channels
* Support product marketing, positioning and messaging development
* Execute marketing campaigns, webinars, reports and case studies
* Develop website content and landing pages, collaborating with our designers and developers as needed
* Research industries, competitors, audiences and emerging trends
* Manage content calendars, workflows, deadlines and approvals
* Track marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with our internal team and client stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Strong ownership mentality, initiative and independent problem-solving
* 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology or AI
* Native-level English, with outstanding writing and editing skills
* Demonstrated ability to execute across multiple marketing channels and formats
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, campaigns and product messaging
* Comfortable working with AI tools, CMS platforms and marketing technology
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-moving environment
* Availability to collaborate throughout the working day, with flexibility around agreed hours
The Details
* Freelance contractor
* Approximately 15 hours per week (60 hours per month)
* Remote, with a preference for Berlin-based candidates
* Immediate start
* Opportunity for additional hours and projects as we grow
