I am tired of the internet culture of just talking about things; human beings are still the same. We’re bombarded with so many intellectual arguments in the forms of quotes, articles, pictures, videos, podcasts; so much good information out there. And we’re evolving into beings who forget to process what they take in.
People who share inspirational quotes are still acting like they don’t have a choice to follow their heart, girls who talk shit about guys still fall for douches, and guy who talk shit about girls secretly have four girlfriends.
And the most important thing about all this “thoughtful” culture is that we’re so engrossed in our electron-driven lives, that we have forgotten to expend the energy these electrons are meant to create, and make a change in our lives.
You can laugh out loud on these acts of hypocrisy. Where do I stand? Well, I don’t read a lot…at least not as much as others do. But what I do read, I reflect on. I take it home with me. The results are rewarding.
But I’m tired of the hypocrisy. I have friends who’d fight for justice on Twitter but not in their own houses for themselves.
It’s because we are so overwhelmed with individualized experiences of success on the internet, bombarded with the same examples of exceptions, that it leaves us feeling craving inspiration and stories to devour, rather than digest and metabolize.
Just like food for our bodies, these words and sounds are food for our souls. It is said that if you don’t chew your food, it weighs heavy on the stomach. The internet is similar.
We will talk about our feelings, Tweet our hearts out, and share stuff. But in real life, we’re all cowards, unafraid to take a stand on what we believe in. Hell, we don’t even know what we believe in because we’re so fickle-minded, that we can’t even direct our brains to process what we need to feel.
We want to be wild hearts; well, even wild animals know what they want and have a pattern of behavior. To an extent, even wild animals are tame, but for themselves.
We need to tame our hearts, but we can’t.
And the reason we cannot tame our hearts is because we absorb so much of this energy that entails us to only talking and talking about the things that SHOULD BE, instead of focusing on the things we COULD BE doing. And then we just…slack because it’s too much emotion, and too much thought, with no action to extend them.
And if we keep spending all this time just consuming, and not giving thought or time to the process of consumption without refining what we take in, we’re bound to become restless souls, lost on the way towards self improvement because we just keep looking at others and not ourselves.

FIX YOUR FUCKING INTERNET, YOU DOOFUS
Welcome to Monster Hunter Rage! Here we--

Hear that?

*muffled screaming in the distance*

*indecipherable cussing*

*something about White Monoblos*

That's what we're about.

Just finished an MR Teostra hunt and I have to say, that was the laggiest shit I've ever seen in Rise to date. I died to an attack that I literally couldn't tell what the fuck was happening. Teostra died just as I got off the cart and I wasn't going to make it back in time.
No, I'm not "liking" you or anyone else in this hunt solely for the reason of me not knowing which of you is the host. And, no, I'm not looking at your fucking guild card either, you time-skipping jackass.
Teostra spent more time starting up an animation and then immediately rubberbanding into some zero frame attack that you cannot possibly prepare for unless you're rolling way the fuck away from it.
Fix your fucking internet, doofus. What the fuck?
We're hitting baby rage levels I never thought were even possible
That sounds like a you problem. Maybe some background processes on your computer.
Once had a Banbaro hunt that midway became a 2 fps experience. It was actually quite fun. Entirely possible, my inputs still led to the correct output, it was like normal but very very slow. Asked my task manager what was going on and kicked out some obscure tasks of my industrial control software. Then World behaved like normal again.
I don’t think they’re referring to lag. When playing multiplayer with a host that have a bad connection with, the monster may freeze mid-animation and then resume a different animation after a few seconds, leading to unfair faints.

Restart your computer. This may seem like a useless suggestion, but restarting your computer is often the easiest way to fix a vast majority of the issues you may be having. A simple reset will clear out bad settings which could be causing your connectivity issues, and if it doesn't help, it only took a minute.
Restarting your computer will often also turn back on your Internet adapter if it was off.

Ensure that your laptop's wireless adapter is enabled. Many laptops have a switch or button that turns the wireless adapter on and off. If you've accidentally pressed the button, your computer will disconnect from the network. Press the button or toggle the switch to turn your wireless adapter back on.

You may have to hold the Fn button in order to be able to press the Wi-Fi button.
Skip this step on a desktop computer.

Restart your Internet modem and router. The easiest way to do this is by unplugging both your modem and your router from their respective power sources, waiting for a few seconds, and plugging them back in. Like restarting your computer, this can solve the bulk of minor Internet issues.

{"smallUrl":"https:\/\/www.wikihow.com\/images\/thumb\/2\/22\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-4-Version-4.jpg\/v4-460px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-4-Version-4.jpg","bigUrl":"\/images\/thumb\/2\/22\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-4-Version-4.jpg\/aid1950840-v4-728px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-4-Version-4.jpg","smallWidth":460,"smallHeight":334,"bigWidth":728,"bigHeight":529,"licensing":"

Perform a soft reset on your network. A soft reset causes your router and modem to clear their respective caches and refresh. You can usually perform a soft reset by pressing a power button on the front or side of your router.

Many modems can also be soft-reset in this manner.
In some cases, you can soft-reset your network by opening your router's page and clicking a Reset button somewhere in the "Advanced" or "Power" options.

Perform a hard reset on your network. A hard reset causes your router and modem to forget all of your settings, restoring the network to its factory settings (including the factory network name and password). To perform a hard reset, you'll press and hold the "reset" button on the back of the modem for around 30 seconds, allow the modem to reboot, and perform the same step on the router.
In most cases, the "reset" button is a recessed button on the back of the modem and router, meaning that you'll need to use a pen or a paperclip (or similar) to press the button.

Move closer to the router. Sometimes your computer or smartphone is too far away from the checkpoint to connect. Move closer to your router and try to connect again.

{"smallUrl":"https:\/\/www.wikihow.com\/images\/thumb\/9\/9d\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-7-Version-4.jpg\/v4-460px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-7-Version-4.jpg","bigUrl":"\/images\/thumb\/9\/9d\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-7-Version-4.jpg\/aid1950840-v4-728px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-7-Version-4.jpg","smallWidth":460,"smallHeight":345,"bigWidth":728,"bigHeight":546,"licensing":"

Make sure that you have a clear line-of-sight between you and the router. If you can't draw a line from your Internet-connected item to the router without passing through walls, appliances, furniture, or the like, your chances of maintaining a healthy Internet connection deteriorate.
The best way to ensure a healthy, consistent Internet connection is by minimizing the number of obstacles between your Internet item and the router/modem.

Try using Ethernet . Connecting your computer or console to your router or modem via an Ethernet cable will both speed up your Internet when it's working and help determine whether the issue is with your Internet or your equipment.

If your computer is able to connect to the Internet while connected directly to the router, your computer's wireless reception is most likely the problem.
If your computer is able to connect to the Internet while connected directly to the modem, then the issue is likely cause by your router.
If you cannot connect to the internet while connected directly to your modem, there is something wrong with the modem or with your internet service in general. You'll need to get in touch with your internet service provider's technical support line to fix modem-related issues.

Clear your computer's DNS cache . The DNS cache is responsible for recording website addresses as you access websites, which makes accessing those same websites later a faster process; however, as websites update their addresses, the DNS cache can become outdated, which causes errors.

Clearing the DNS cache will resolve issues such as websites failing to load, especially if you can view the website in one browser but not another.
To clear the DNS cache on a mobile item such as a smartphone or a tablet, simply restart the item.

{"smallUrl":"https:\/\/www.wikihow.com\/images\/thumb\/0\/00\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-10-Version-3.jpg\/v4-460px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-10-Version-3.jpg","bigUrl":"\/images\/thumb\/0\/00\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-10-Version-3.jpg\/aid1950840-v4-728px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-10-Version-3.jpg","smallWidth":460,"smallHeight":344,"bigWidth":728,"bigHeight":545,"licensing":"

Clear your browser's cache . Much like the DNS cache, your browser's cache makes loading previously visited sites faster, but it can also result in errors if the cache database becomes outdated.
To stay relatively up-to-date, consider clearing your browser's cache once per month.

{"smallUrl":"https:\/\/www.wikihow.com\/images\/thumb\/3\/35\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-11-Version-3.jpg\/v4-460px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-11-Version-3.jpg","bigUrl":"\/images\/thumb\/3\/35\/Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-11-Version-3.jpg\/aid1950840-v4-728px-Fix-Your-Internet-Connection-Step-11-Version-3.jpg","smallWidth":460,"smallHeight":345,"bigWidth":728,"bigHeight":546,"licensing":"

Try a different website or program. There's always a chance that the website you are trying to visit is currently down, or the program you are using is having server problems on its end. Try another website or online program to see if you can connect.
Try another web browser if possible as well. For example, you may be having a problem with Chrome, whereas Firefox works fine. If just one of your web browsers is at fault, see the articles below for instructions on repairing it:

Chrome
Firefox
Internet Explorer

Boost your Wi-Fi signal. If the problems you're experiencing are signal-related, it usually means that interference and distance are the main cause. There are several things you can do to help minimize interference and increase your network's range:

Add a second router to extend the range .

Increase your computer's Wi-Fi reception .

Make your own directional "cantenna" for your wireless adapter .
