You have to spend half your day fixing their fuck-ups. You gotta pay union dues. True, you probably get an overall higher wage as a result of the union, but you also have to stand on picket lines once in a while, which is boring as hell. The union bosses have do-nothing jobs but get massive salaries, courtesy of you. They're hopelessly inefficient.
