Extras: The best extras for most of you will be the bonus scenes from (Fuck My Tits 3 starring Carmella Bing) and volume 1 starring Sara Stone. I greatly prefer extras unique to the production itself but I agree that for the stroke value, these will be the best (read the scene description for #3 below). Personally, I found the 19:12 minute long Behind the Scenes feature more interesting since it focused on the cast at hand. There were interviews, some minor sex play, and goofing off as expected, making the ladies more accessible than in their respective scenes. Then came the usual pop shot recap, spam, photogallery, and six trailers to shows like Big Wet Asses 13, Swimsuit Calendar Girls, White Booty Worship, Big Wet Tits 6, Fuck My Tits 3, and So You Think You Can Squirt 3.
Audio/Video Quality: Fuck My Tits 4 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director Chris Charming for Elegant Angel using the standard MPEG-2 codec for the mastering. The lighting was generally good with Mike Maravich and Jay Sin assisting on camera. Otherwise, there was little grain, only a limited amount of aliasing, some video noise, and mostly minor visual issues that got in the way of having a truly first rate picture in most cases. The composition of the shots tended to favor the ladies nicely, rarely chopping off their heads in a frame or missing out on significant portions of the action. The editing was a bit less appealing since some of the edits were too abrupt or noticeable but part of that might be due to what kind of footage was presented. I saw no compression artifacts although the bitrate varied substantially, often dipping into the mid 3 Mbps area. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English using the 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate, the separation was nonexistent and the dynamic range limited but at least the vocals could be heard most of the time (as could some background noise). In all then, the technical aspects were decent here and in the future could be improved by some extra attention but did not generally distract from the heat of the scenes where some was shown.

Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:
