Why trust us?

If you’ve walked the aisles (or scrolled the website) of a sex shop in search for trans sex toys, odds are you’ve noticed products with unnecessarily gendered names like Womanizer, Guybrator™, or Bi Lady. Sigh.
While all pleasure products can be jimmy-rigged and enjoyed by any body (regardless of gender, genitalia, or sexuality), you can imagine how discouraging, and worse, dysphoric this might be for trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming folks.
Of course, just as cisgender peeps are not a monolith, neither are transgender folks. “Not all transgender and nonbinary people are going to enjoy the same things,” says Corey More , a non-binary sex educator and sex worker based in New York. “We all have different bodies, different hot-spots, and different preferences.” So, be sure to keep your own personal preferences in mind as you scroll through this list of sex toys for transgender, non-binary , and gender fluid pleasure-seekers. And have fun!
“There’s no doubt in my mind, the ShareVibe is the best double-ended dildo on the market,” says More. Also known as a strapless strap-on, this silicone toy features one arm that goes inside the partner doing the penetrating and a second attachment that functions like a dildo. “The part that goes inside the wearer actually follows the anatomical structure of the vagina, making it both more comfortable and more pleasurable than other double-ended dildos,” they say.
This discreet bb is cute enough to leave out on your nightstand, but versatile enough to use both externally and internally. And +100 for gender-neutral marketing, amiright?
“It’s small, USB rechargeable, made of easy-to-clean silicone, and holds a charge for over an hour,” says Clark Hamel , a Brooklyn-based queer educator. The vibrator offers clitoral, penis, or nipple stimulation during any kind of sexual play. This pint-sized vibe is as versatile as pleasure products come.
If penetration feels more oww and less ohhh , these rings can help. Add as many as you need to control the depth, reducing any pain you may feel with penetration.
Don’t snooze on this non-vibrating gem. Made of stainless steel, the Pure Wand has earned its place as a top G-spot stimulator for vulva-owners. But it’s also a fan-fave amongst penis-owners who enjoy prostate stimulation. According to More, its weight allows you to apply the pressure both hot-spots need to experience pleasure. Words of wisdom: This babe stunt doubles as a lower back massager. You’re welcome.
“As a transman, part of what helped me feel comfortable being sexual was topping other men,” says Hamel. One of the products that allows him to do that is the SquareParts Joque harness for strap-on play and pegging. “It’s not so flimsy that I don’t feel supported, but it’s also not so bulky that I feel like there’s something between me and my partner(s).” It also has two li'l pockets—one above the O-ring and one below—for bullet-vibrators, which he says “allows [him] to feel like [he’s] actually penetrating someone, as opposed to just wearing a silicone dildo.”
Hamel loves to wear something colorful. “My favorite dildo is actually a one that’s colored like the lesbian pride dildo.” Fun!
For the anal-vibration averse, try the b-Vibe Snug Plug, which comes in five different sizes. “Because it has a weighted ball in it, after I put it in, every time I move, I enjoy a subtle but stimulating sensation of motion,” says Indigo Wolfe, gender-fluid sexologist and founder of the sex toy review blog, I’m An Adult . Hot, right?
“Fantasy lets us scrap our cisgender, heterosexual culture's expectations and completely redefine the rules behind sex, bodies, and eroticism on our own terms,” says Ana Valen , a New York City based sex writer. And that’s where a sex toy like this comes in!
Made of stainless steel, More jokes that the nJoy Pure Plug will outlive all of us. “Heavier than a weighted silicone plug [like the Snug Plug],” Wolfe says, a stainless steel plug is a great option for folks who enjoy feeling heft in their hiney.
Worth mentioning: Because it’s heavier, your pelvic floor muscles are going to have to work harder to keep the toy in if/when you move around. Using this babe before trying a non-stainless steel plug would be like trying to do a barbell back squat without ever having done an air squat.
“Vaginal penetration can be triggering for me, but anal play hits all the right spots,” says Sascha Kala , host of the podcast SituGaytionship. The B-Vibe Rimming plug, in particular, is their go-to. With a string of rotating beads in the neck, Kala says, “it’s the only anal toy I’ve tried that doesn’t forget about the sensitive nerve endings around the anal opening.”
The Sync Chorus might have originally been made by a cis-hetero-couple for other cis-hetero couples looking to add a little buzz to their P-in-V, but More has news: This toy is far more trans-friendly (read: versatile) than its OG marketing might have you believe. “You can set it to an ambiance mood and wear it inside a harness, so that it will vibrate in rhythm to the sounds you and your partner are making,” they explain. *Adds three to shopping card*.
A well-trusted brand when it comes to wand vibrators, More says, “I genuinely believe that the Hitachi Magic Wand is something everyone should own regardless of body, sexuality, or gender.” They recommend using it to apply pressure to your pubic mound or genitals over underwear, “so that you can experience orgasmic pleasure without directly interacting with your genitals.”
If you or your partner have balls, they recommend using this rumbly babe to stimulate the often-ignored erogenous zone. Just be sure to start with the lowest of the four intensity settings—this thing is powerful.
One of the common complaints about sex toys is that the buttons aren’t intuitive. And that’s why Wolfe loves the Doxy Wand Vibrator and its three simple buttons. What’s more, like the Magic Wand, this can be used on a wide variety of erogenous zones, including inner thighs, chest, feet, and nipples. *Sweats*
What looks like an ottoman but will take your sex life from “ouch” or “ooh” in two seconds flat? The Liberator Wedge/Ramp. Its purpose: To help support you and your partner(s) bodies in the positions that feel best. “It’s an awesome way to lift the receivers belly out of the way during doggy style, while also keeping their arms from fatiguing after holding themselves up for a long time,” Wolfe says. Wolfe especially likes the Black Label line, which comes with attachments for restrictive BDSM play. Mx. Grey will see you now...
For a more affordable, apartment-friendly option, More recommends the Liberator Wedge: “The wedge is made of supportive foam that can help you and your partner better and more comfortably reach each other's holes and hot-spots.” Oh, and the best part? The cover is machine-washable and zips right off. Easy clean-up.
“I recommend the Pulse *all the time* because it does such a great job of stimulating that web of nerves that trans feminine folks and trans women have around their genitals,” says Valens. (Did you know that there are over 4000 nerve endings there? Yep!).
As far as realistic dildos go, no brand does it better than New York Sex Toy Collective. Of their offerings, the Mason, is best for packing and playing, says More. Why, you ask? Well, because it’s made of a dual density silicone, which gives it the realism of a softer feel, with the ease of use that comes with a firm core. It's also malleable enough that you can angle the dildo down and wear out to give the illusion of a penis under clothes.
If you like the #lewk of the Mason, but are planning to use it for anal play, More recommends the slightly larger Carter, instead. It sounds counter-intuitive to go bigger for anal play, but “Carter is actually firmer and less bendy [than the Mason], which makes it easier to get in the butt.” Just remember the golden rule of anal sex: lube, lube, and more lube. (These are the best natural lubes on the market.)
Clit pumps can be used occasionally for pleasure. Or often (like, very often) by someone who wishes to enlarge their clitoris so that it more closely mirrors a biological penis (this is known as “genital growth").
More explains: “The pumping pulls more blood into the region. This creates immediate boosted sensitivity. And can gradually stretch the capillaries if you’re committed to regularly using them for a long period of time.”
The Kiss X FTM stroker can be used by transfolks at any stage of transition, says Andy Duran, the education director for Good Vibrations . He recommends adding a bit of lube around the open to help suction it to your body.
“One of the reasons I love rope bondage is that it doesn’t have any gender or sex associated with it,” says Lateef Taylor, a Brooklyn-based sex educator and sex-positivity advocate. ICYDK, rope bondage is a BDSM practice often used to (consensually) restrain, restrict, or decorate a more-submissive partner—and sometimes even suspend them in their air. A high-skill art, rope play is no beginner's game. But for BDSM practitioners of any gender, learning the (ahem) ropes may be worth it. Taylor recommends watching some rope bondage videos on YouTube, hiring a dominatrix, and/or reading The Seductive Art of Japanese Bondage before tying up a lover IRL.
The name says it all. The Aslan Commando Leather Harness is so non-intrusive it creates a barely-there feeling. “It’s a great option for folks who want to strap on but still have access to their own genitals,” says More. But make no mistake: This harness is still pretty sturdy. Need another reason to press buy ? Fine, here are two: First, it’s a trans-owned company. Second, that price tag (I mean, $63.99?!).

We'll take you step by step through the ordering process, but before we begin building your prosthetic, scroll down to take a look at the amazing features offered in our products
All of our prosthetics include our innovative moveable outer foreskin layer. This outer layer of skin feels amazingly close to actual foreskin. Due to the highly inventive process that we pioneered with our first ftm prosthetic, the outer skin layer can be moved and pulled independently of the main penile shaft.
*May not be as noticable on flaccid model due to the soft inner core.
Nearly unlimited skin tone choices.
We offer 18 skin tones with optional color mixing. Combine any two colors to create a custom color. To figure out just how many color options you have, we'd need the mathmatical formula, which would be 18 skin tones multiplied by the number of skin tones you could multiply together, multiplied by the number of...well, trust us. it's a lot!
Did We Forget To Mention Our Painted Color Samples?
Another first in the industry, and all new for 2020, we are now offering fully painted color samples. Free of charge. Yes, you read that right, for free! Now that's a horse of a different color. Just choose any 6 skin tones and we'll ship them to you.
All of our ftm prosthetics are painted and detailed using a highly refined technique originally pioneered for the film industry. Our improved process creates a visually stunning model of realism. Layers of color mimic the translucency found in actual skin. After the color process, we add another layer of silicone to protect and enhance, and finish it off with a matte coat for a silky, skin like appearance.
Upgrade to add a new dimension of realism to your product with our Enhanced Detail Coloration. We add additional layers of color to increase translucency. Circumcision scarring, veining, as well as freckling and texturizing put your prosthetic over the edge.
3D Scrotum With Floating, Moveable Testicles.
You have to squeeze it to believe it.
Another feature we introduced in our original product, each prosthetic includes a full 3D scrotum that features anatomically accurate testicles that float freely in a liquid silicone gel. Passing the grab test is a no brainer with this feature. Newly improved scrotum now even softer!
We introduced the Flex Rod ™ in 2009. Designed to aid in penetration, it allows the prosthetic to be positioned in a flaccid state for packing, and an erect state for play. Made entirely of lightweight plastic, the Flex Rod will not set off alarms when traveling through airport security, an important feature for frequent travelers. It's unique ball and socket construction holds it's shape whenever the moment calls.
Flaccid or Erect. Anytime. Anywhere. That's Flex Rod.
We took our prosthetics one step further this past year with our various fill options. In addition to our previous options, Flaccid Fill and Flex Rod, we've added Firm Fill, Extra Firm Fill, and 2X Firm Fill. The products have a firmer inner core, while still retaining the soft movable outer skin layers that our prosthetics are known for. With our Firm Fill variations, you are now able to use the prosthetic for penetration without the need for a Flex Rod, while still retaining the ability to pack with it.
Stimulate yourself while pleasuring your partner.
Our newest addition to the Pack n Play lineup, the Pleasure Pocket! Designed and tested to offer the ulitmate in pleasure while engaging in "extracurricular activities", the Pleasure Pocket will stimulate and enhance your sexual encounters. The inner pocket is textured and designed to simulate the feel of the human anatomy, while the outer ring is small enough to create a stimulating suction. Available on our Pack n Play models from size 4.75” and up. Recommended with any of the Firm Fill Options. Not available when choosing the Flex Rod.
Life can get hairy. So can our products.
Another feature we pioneered in this industry. Each ftm product has the option of adding hand punched synthetic or human hair. The hair is naturally curly and very closely simulates pubic hair. The hairs are individually punched into the silicone, and appear as though they are growing out of the product. This adds to the realism and doubles to help hide the attachment tab.
Take Your Product To The Next Level.
Each Pack n Play and Stand To Pee product includes our standard 6 month warranty, with the option to now purchase an extended warranty of up to 2 years. The standard warranty covers tears, coloration issues, and any other minor defects that may have been caused due to a manufacturing error. Repair or replacement of product is included.
Life is messy and accidents happen. Upgrade to have even more coverage!
Swim. Shower. Bathe. Run around naked in the rain. It won’t have any effect.
Each Pack n Play and Stand To Pee product is created using a combination of Healthcare-Grade and Prosthetic-Grade silicones. These silicones are high quality 100% Platinum Silicones, and are free of harmful Phthalates. They are completely non-toxic, safe for use on skin, as well as Hypoallergenic. The gel used for many of the inner layers, including the scrotum fill, is also platinum based and completely safe for skin contact.
Making sure your Pack n Play is free of dirt and bacteria is good practice. Luckily it's not that difficult. There are a few ways to disinfect your prosthetic. Wash it with soap and water, spray it down with our Cleansing Spray, or just toss it in your dishwasher with the daily load. Yes, you can do that!
Each product is shipped in a plain box with no identifying descriptions or photos. Only your delivery address and our business address is listed on the label. Despite the bland exterior, once you open the outer box you'll find a pleasant surprise waiting inside. Each of our Pack n Play & Stand To Pee prosthetics are sent in a sturdy box that adorns our company logo to store them in.
Each product is sealed inside air-tight plastic, and includes the following accessories:
How exactly do I apply the prosthetic? How can I clean it after each use? Our handy pamphlet answers those questions and more!
All of our Pack n Play and Stand To Pee prosthetics include a free 2oz bottle of our Cleansing Spray.
This bright orange slip of paper is placed inside your package, on the top of everyting else so you can't miss it. We know you're excited, but please take some time to read it before opening your prosthetic. It's important.
The short answer to this question is yes, at your own risk. Our pack n play prosthetics retain the ability to be used for penetration as long as a condom is used. This particular silicone is non-toxic and safe for use on skin, but was not intended for extended periods inside the body. If our customers choose to use the item for penetration, the use of a condom is required, for the safety of yourself and of your partner. This will also help reduce any risk associated with sexually transmitted diseases, as well as help to keep your prosthetic clean and in good condition.
Use only condoms that contain water-based lubricant, silicone lubricant will damage the prosthetic! Rough penetrative play or intense physical activty is not recommended...this may damage the prosthetic skin. Have fun, but please be safe and use common sense.
