The Subarctic climate. Winters are harsh and long, summers are short and not too warm. Mountainous terrain, highlands. The Heligrim lands are divided by the Arctic Range. The port of Norgrad is located in Fjeldek fjord. There are two main and large rivers in the empire: the Ullfjord and the Drakkari. There are many other towns, villages and hamlets.
The empire shares land borders with other small feudal states and with the friendly empire of Khanzur.
The Heligrim Empire has a command and administrative economy. A system in which almost all economic resources are owned by the state, i.e. the ruling Farlon family, and the economy is managed through a state plan.
Employment of people: Reindeer husbandry, fishing and hunting, trade. The trade of rare fish and deer meat annually brings huge sums to the Empire, thanks to which most of the treasury goes to military affairs.
An agrarian society, very conservative, closed, strict. The society is divided into 5 strata:
1. The ruling family and those close to them.
2. The nobility.
3. Middle class, landowners, artisans.
4. The poor, the deprived, the disabled.
5. Slaves. They are equal to property and are inferior to cattle.
Despite the fact that every offense is severely punished, the empire has an average crime rate.
Absolute monarchy, authoritarian regime, unitary state. The Emperor has trusted advisers and superiors, specifically:
The Heligrim Empire has had close friendly ties with the Name Empire for over a hundred years. It is at war with the Elefralia confederation, which consists of the islands of Shadyria, Aurimos and Tartalon. The imperial family and most of the people cannot stand Elefralia and their people, considering their gods, debauchery and rule to be a sin. Constant tension and conflicts.
Monotheism, the main God of the Hjord, but it is forbidden to name him, otherwise you can get punished for it. The Empire has a High Priest, Eldrin. He and his retinue, Sunrise, have the right to interfere with the rights of the state if something threatens faith and religion and vice versa. Atheism is strongly condemned and prosecuted. There are hundreds of temples and altars dedicated to God throughout the empire.
The shores of the Heligrim Empire and merchant ships are almost constantly terrorized by the pirate brotherhood "Death Squadron" under the command of Farisal, known as the Son of Robbers. The brotherhood belongs to Elefralia, as the government encourages the looting of ships and villages, cities of the enemy empire and cooperates with pirates.
Emperor Alvhard has his favorite palace chef, Laisal Al-Eraistos. An energetic, active young man with great talent and secrets, who sailed from Elefralia to Heligrim a long time ago.
The Elefralia Confederation is a hot and tropical island that is united in the Elefralia Union. They have polytheism. They have the most powerful fleet in the whole world.
