Job Description
At Finom we are setting new standards for doing business, demonstrating how finances can and should be managed in this modern world – as easily as using your smartphone. We believe that small businesses are the foundation of the European economy. We came to bring the technologies of the future to simplify the business management processes of entrepreneurs, allowing them to focus exclusively on their core business.
We are currently in process of rapid growth (x4 in last year), and launched our business in 3 new countries, with our presence across the EU now including Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland.
What you need to do:
- Design landing pages and corporate websites for the company as part of the marketing team.
- Keep the tech stack up-to-date and be open to new technologies.
- Write documentation for non-obvious features.
- Participate in task discussions, team deadline planning, and code reviews.
- Grow professionally and personally.
Your Profile
What you need to know:
- Web design: semantics, flex and grid layouts, modularity, and scalability.
- GIT, Figma, and your favorite IDE (e.g., VS Code and Web Storm).
- CSS preprocessors.
- Various componentization methodologies, for example, BEM and SMACSS.
- The task lifecycle from idea to deployment.
Experience is appreciated in:
- Working with LightHouse and overall performance.
- Large distributed teams.
- Developing user interfaces in general, not just their design.
