What will you need to do?
- To do search services using the most advanced technologies - we have React, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook.
- To invent and implement new features that will be used by millions of people - we give complete freedom of creativity and encourage experiments.
- To develop, share experience and bring a fresh look. To do what is interesting - for example, you can write a backend service on Elixir.
How we are working?
- We have a flat structure. Each team is given the freedom to choose technologies, make decisions, and prioritize tasks. Responsibility attached.
- Usually, it looks like this: In a weekly sprint, we take the most important tasks from the backlog, consult with management, try not to take tasks for longer than a day. We discuss functionality and layouts together. After execution, we scrupulously review the code.
- During lunch, we fight on nerf ghans or table tennis (do not forget to have lunch either!). Deploy code several times a day. At the end of the sprint, we discuss how everything went and what can be improved. Usually already in a restaurant.
