About the role
We are looking for an experienced Front-end team lead (5+) in a project that has been successfully operating for several years. It's a crypto aggregator. You will lead a development team that currently consists of 10 people. Remote work and permanent employment (with Zoom and Slack)
Main tasks:
Working with new employees (interviews, onboarding, task selection, and success tracking, 1-on-1, etc.)
Expand, develop and motivate the team
Time and productivity tracking
Provide training and professional development opportunities
Communication with customers and project manager about the project and tasks
Transform abstract business tasks into concrete tasks for developers
Adding tasks to Jira and tracking progress
Competently organize the workflow
Pull Request review, tracking hold-tasks
Provide task assistance/resource allocation
Participate in the development of architectural solutions in the project context
Required:
Development experience 5+ years
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React;
3+ years of team management experience;
Understanding the basics of OOP, FP paradigms
Deep knowledge of CSS
Ability to do high-quality code review
English Proficiency: not lower than B2
Will be a plus:
Experience in crypto projects
Experience in designing complex applications;
Understanding of design principles: SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, SPOT, Separation of Concerns, etc.
Experience with MobX
About work processes and team:
The main communication channels are Slack, Telegram, Zoom.
Tasks are put in JIRA, where the development and release process is established. We use the latest technology in development and strive to optimize all processes
