Friendz UPDATE: Buyback&Burn

Dear Token Holders,

we would like to inform you that, during the fourth quarter of 2019, we proceeded with the Friendz tokens (hereinafter "FDZ") Buyback operation, equal to 5% of the revenues generated by Friendz app in the fourth quarter of 2019, for a total amount of 7,986,584.17 FDZ at the average price of 0.0000165 ETH. 

20% of these FDZs, i.e. 1,597,316.83 FDZs, were placed in a separate wallet and then destroyed (burned).

Due to the current situation caused by Covid19 pandemic, our Buyback and Burn operations are suspended until further notice: the company's liquidity will be used to continue the company’s activities and will be destined to face any financial stress that may occur in the short term.

The FDZ tokens purchased, available to Friendz company, can be used for future mergers and/or strategic acquisitions that we are studying and analysing in this period.

We specify that the activity of Buyback and Burn is additional to the purchase and sale of FDZ tokens as utility tokens necessary for business operations.
