Methods: Randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, cross-over study in 15 patients with cDI and 15 matched healthy controls. Participants were randomized to receive either a single oral dose of MDMA mg or placebo first. OXT samples were collected at 0, 90, , , , and minutes after drug intake.
