- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned roles
- Manage your own outreach, interviews, and candidate pipeline
- Provide regular progress updates on each assigned project
- Represent Staffona professionally throughout the hiring process
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
- Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting (agency-side, in-house, or freelance)
- An active, strong network within one or more specific industries
- Comfortable working independently on a 100% commission basis
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)
- Professional, responsive, and deadline-driven approach
