Freelance Project Manager — InSAR / Earth Observation (West Africa Programme)

HADLAR is a remote-first consultancy developing a satellite-based monitoring schemes for a government entities. We're looking for a freelance Project Manager from the InSAR/EO industry to join us on this opportunity. Leading programme delivery as it progresses through scoping, pilot, and national deployment phases.
The Role
* Support technical positioning, proposal development, and client presentations
* Lead delivery across a multi-phase monitoring programme as it comes online
* Manage stakeholder engagement with ministries and government agencies
* Coordinate a distributed technical team (satellite data analysts, GIS, platform development)
* Travel to West Africa for key milestones (periodic, short trips)
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in InSAR, SAR, or Earth Observation services
* Experience delivering or selling monitoring services to government or institutional clients
* Ability to translate EO capability into language government stakeholders act on
* Comfortable working fully remotely in a small, agile consultancy
* Fluent English; French an advantage
Desirable
* Africa or emerging markets experience
* Environmental, mining, or enforcement-related monitoring background
* Familiarity with commercial SAR providers (ICEYE, Capella, Umbra) or EO platforms
