About the role
We're looking for a freelance Outbound Specialist to design and run multichannel outreach campaigns across a portfolio. You'll own the full outbound motion ; from list building and sequencing to copy, deliverability, and reply handling.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You build the machine and keep it running, not just advise on it.
What you'll do
* Build and launch multichannel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, and where relevant WhatsApp / phone)
* Source and enrich target lists (ICP definition, scraping, enrichment, verification)
* Write and iterate on outreach copy that gets replies, not just opens
* Manage deliverability: domain warm-up, inbox rotation, bounce/spam monitoring
* Set up and maintain campaign tracking in the CRM and reporting on pipeline metrics
* Run A/B tests on segments, messaging, and channels; report on what works and double down
* Handle inbound replies and route qualified leads cleanly into the CRM
What we're looking for
* Proven track record running outbound campaigns that generated qualified meetings (please share numbers)
* Strong command of multichannel sequencing tools (e.g. Lemlist, Instantly, Overloop, La Growth Machine, or similar)
* Experience with enrichment and data tooling (Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, or equivalent)
* Comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot a plus) and basic automation/workflow logic (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
* Excellent written English; additional languages (FR, ES, GR) a plus
* Self-directed, fast, and reliable with async communication
