Founded by a Chief of Staff with 10 years of executive operations experience across tech startups and a portfolio range of clients— CommonHours was built by someone who has lived the value of good advice at the right time and wanted to create a space where others could access and offer the same.

What You'll Do
* Offer 1:1 consulting, mentorship, or coaching sessions to clients booking through the platform
* Set your own availability, session format, and areas of expertise
* Build an ongoing client base or take single sessions — your choice
Who You Are
* An expert in your field with real experience to share
* Based anywhere — this is fully remote
* Ready to work on your own terms
* Open to being part of something at the ground floor

Compensation
Sessions on CommonHours typically range from $70–$350+. You set your own rate. Whether you take one session a week or build a full client roster, your earning potential scales with you. Free to sign up, a small platform fee applies to each session only when value is exchanged. No chasing invoices. Just show up and share what you know.
