Job Summary
PM Digital Agency is looking for a Freelance Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in the Real Estate sector and previous experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and closing new business deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients within the Real Estate sector.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
* Present PM Digital Agency's services and prepare customized proposals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover after closing.
* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
* Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
* Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector.
* Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a must.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content, SEO, Web Development, etc.).
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Strong network within the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
