  1. Protect your skin from the sun

  • Use sunscreen. Use sunscreen when you are going outside. Use sunscreen well, and reapply every two hours — or more frequently if you're paddling or perspiring.
  • Seek shadow. Try to avoid the sun between 11 a.m. and 4;30 p.m., when the sun's rays are most powerful.
  • Wear protecting clothing. Protect your skin with both long shirts and long pants. You can use a hat also which is better to protect your face. Also think about laundry additives, which provide clothing an extra layer of ultraviolet protection from the sun. Some types of cloth are specially designed to block ultraviolet sun rays.

2. Don't smoke

Smoking causes one to look older and smoking also contributes to wrinkles on your skin. It can narrow the tiny blood vessels in the layers of skin, which declines blood flow. Day by day your skin will be paler. 

This even weakens the skin of oxygen and nutrients which are important to skin health.

Smoking also harms elastin and collagen. Generally, elastin and collagen are the fibers that provide your skin stability and elasticity.

  • Shave carefully.  You can use shaving lotion, or gel before shaving. For fine shaving, you can choose a clean, sharp razor. Remember your shave direction will be the hair grows not against it.
  • Pat dry. After bathing, gently remove the water from your skin with a dry towel.
  • Moisturize dry skin. If you think your skin is dehydrated, you can use a natural moisturizer that suits your skin type. 

4. Take a nutritious diet

A nutritious diet can support you to look. You can consume plenty of vegetables and fruits. The relationship between diet and acne isn't clear. But some study points out that a diet rich in fish oil purified carbohydrates which help you to get younger-looking skin.
