Users can approve, deny, or revoke data access with one tap, avoiding confusing settings, buried permissions, and uncertainty about what they have agreed to. For companies, CONSENT provides plug-and-play permission infrastructure, offering a faster, safer, and more trustworthy way to request and manage access backed by verifiable records. As AI agents rapidly expand into personal data and regulatory pressure increases, CONSENT is designed to close the gap between innovation and responsible data access. The team is driven by the belief that control over personal data should be transparent, understandable, and always in the hands of the individual.
Role Description
As part of the founding team at CONSENT, you will help shape the product, strategy, and culture from the ground up in a full-time, remote role. Your day-to-day work may include collaborating on product vision and roadmap, defining user journeys, and working directly with early adopters to gather feedback and iterate quickly. You will contribute to building and refining core systems, processes, and documentation, and may take ownership of specific domains such as product, engineering, design, operations, or go-to-market depending on your expertise. You will work closely with the founders to prioritize features, make tradeoffs, and ensure that CONSENT remains user-centric, secure, and compliant as it scales. This role is hands-on, with a strong focus on experimentation, problem-solving, and creating a resilient foundation for a high-impact company.
Qualifications
* Experience driving early-stage startup initiatives, including product discovery, rapid experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Background in one or more relevant domains such as product management, software engineering, UX/UI design, security and privacy, or business operations.
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, take ownership of outcomes, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
* Comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward action, and a strong interest in data privacy, permissions, AI, and infrastructure products.
* Experience engaging with users or customers, translating feedback into product improvements, and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
* Familiarity with modern tooling and practices for remote work, documentation, and collaboration.
* Prior startup or founding experience is beneficial but not required; a demonstrated track record of building and shipping impactful work is strongly valued.

This is a strategic role, not content posting. You'd own how we find and reach the right early audience, grow and convert our waitlist, and build the feedback loop that tells us what users actually want — turning early signal into real product and go-to-market direction, not just growing a number.

— Comfortable working with close to zero budget, finding creative, organic distribution
— Data-minded — you'll be shaping how we understand our market and our users from day one.
Both roles need real commitment. Equity-only at this stage — no salary yet, real ownership instead. Standard vesting (4 years, 1-year cliff), discussed directly based on your role.
