Role Description
We're looking for a Founding Marketing Associate to join Infinity Faith during one of the most exciting stages of our journey. You'll work directly with the founders to define how Infinity Faith grows from building our brand and acquiring users to launching campaigns, testing new channels, and developing scalable growth systems. You'll have the freedom to propose ideas, own projects from start to finish, and influence strategic decisions from day one.
We're looking for someone who thinks like a builder, executes like an operator, and wants to leave a lasting mark on something meaningful.
What will you do
· Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels.
· Build and manage acquisition campaigns across social media, email, communities, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
· Create compelling marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.
· Own Infinity Faith's brand presence across digital platforms.
· Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
· Develop referral, ambassador, and community-led growth initiatives.
· Collaborate with the founders on product launches, fundraising announcements, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
· Build scalable marketing processes that grow with the company.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing through startups, agencies, freelance work, previous employment, or personal ventures.
· Strong understanding of customer acquisition, positioning, go-to-market strategy, marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and growth experimentation.
· Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
· Comfortable making decisions based on analytics, experimentation, and performance metrics.
· Experience growing communities across LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Discord, or similar channels.
· Proficiency with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Notion, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent tools.
· High ownership mentality with the ability to independently identify problems and execute solutions.
· Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, experiment, and continuously improve.
· Passion for building products with meaningful social impact.
