Become dskrpt’s Founding Engineer!
Studying law is hard, takes a very long time and too many students drop out.
At dskrpt, we aim to build an application that will guide students and improve their learning every step of the way. In the process we built a dead-simple publishing platform for professors and an open database of German law.
We have grown out of a research project at Bucerius Law School, Germany’s leading law school. Currently, we run an open beta with more than 1000 users at six universities. We have recently completed our seed round and welcomed a number of industry experts as angel investors.
We are now aiming to extend our development team, complete the platform features and design the analytics to build our learning analytics on top of. Our next development challenges will be to offer our users easy-to understand versioning for their documents and build the engine powering the individual learning recommendations.
We use Django, Celery, Channels, Postgres and Redis on the Backend and Prosemirror on the front end and CI/CD with Github and Heroku.
