The menu is designed by Chef Serrano to offer a culinary experience of modern small plates featuring seafood, antipasto, vegetarian dishes, and proteins like the tenderest of beef tenderloin, veal piccata, and osso buco. With floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the fountains and open-air seating overlooking Lake Bellagio, LAGO is the perfect spot on the Las Vegas Strip for an intimate, special dinner. Prime Steakhouse can best be described as steakhouse dining at its absolute finest.
