While each major casino resort has a collection of restaurants, there’s something exceptional about what you’ll find at the Bellagio. As part of MGM Resorts, you’ll find an eclectic collection of restaurants with everything from a casual dinner on an outdoor patio to exquisite fine dining among the top restaurants in the world. Where should you eat when staying on the Strip? Live the good life and look no further than these 14 restaurants at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino. LAGO is a beautiful, fine dining restaurant in the Bellagio that offers exquisite small plates and a spectacular view of the Bellagio fountains. When you walk into this Italian-themed restaurant, you’re immediately greeted by an ambiance that is cool, almost breezy feeling, but also very intimate. The menu is designed by Chef Serrano to offer a culinary experience of modern small plates featuring seafood, antipasto, vegetarian dishes, and proteins like the tenderest of beef tenderloin, veal piccata, and osso buco. With floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the fountains and open-air seating overlooking Lake Bellagio, LAGO is the perfect spot on the Las Vegas Strip for an intimate, special dinner. Prime Steakhouse can best be described as steakhouse dining at its absolute finest. Four-star celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has created a restaurant that’s full of rich detail, from the decor and ambiance to every dish on the menu. The decor is a perfect aesthetic marriage between a rich, chocolaty brown a delicate Tiffany blue that is both decadent and comfortable. The beautiful artwork and view of the Bellagio fountains from the exquisite garden patio offer the perfect backdrop for a special evening. But, ambiance aside, the star of the show at Prime Steak is the food. The menu features selections such as the Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, a Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip, and Japanese Wagyu Beef. This is all in addition to the thoughtfully created seafood, appetizers, and desserts. If you’re looking for a fine dining steakhouse experience, Prime is among the best options in Las Vegas. Picasso in the Bellagio Hotel is a unique fine dining experience by award-winning chef Julian Serrano. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the exotic aroma of the regional cuisine of Spain and France that this Las Vegas restaurant is known for. The walls are graced with a collection of works by Picasso, but the true artistry is on the menu. Guests can choose between the Menu Degustation, which features restaurant highlights like the Maine Lobster Salad, Pan Seared U-10 Day Boat Scallops, and a decadent selection of high-end steak and seafood as the main course. You may also choose from the Prix Fixe Menu, and our recommendation is to splurge on the Sommelier’s wine pairing. Michael Mina at the Bellagio Las Vegas is the spot for impeccable seafood and bold cuisine. The dishes are prepared with seafood that is flown in fresh daily with an intense focus on flavor and presentation. From the visual appeal of the plate to the flavor when each bite reaches your lips, everything about Michael Mina is a wonderful sensory experience. Main dishes at Michael Mina include traditional favorites with modern flavors like the Lobster Pot Pie or Phyllo Crusted Sole. There are also two different tasting menus, each filled with evidence of the culinary mastery of Chef Michael Mina. The brilliant colors and atmosphere that greet you when you enter Le Cirque match the elegant but never timid French cuisine that guests will find on the menu. Le Cirque is one of the few restaurants in Las Vegas that has beautifully mastered the concept of the immersive dining experience. This award-winning restaurant is a favorite lake view destination at the Bellagio. As you immerse yourself in the view and the surroundings, tantalize your palate with selections like the Hudson Valley Foie Gras, the Fromage Du Faucon Rouge with black truffle coulis, or the Mishima Ribeye. Each bite is a culinary journey all its own. Spago by Wolfgang Puck is such an iconic dining spot in Las Vegas that it has been credited with breathing the fire of life into the Las Vegas dining scene. Spago has recently undergone a bit of a transformation with a new look and a menu that has been re-imagined to bring guests an exceptional dining experience. The menu is California-inspired and includes house-made pastas like the Sweet White Corn Agnolotti with thyme butter and Campanelle with slow-braised pork ragu. Other showstopping dishes include the Miso Marinated Salmon, Colorado Lamb Rack, and the Wagyu Ribeye for the steak lover at the table. The Mayfair Supper Club is an elegant and glamorous restaurant in Las Vegas. Set against a background featuring the Fountains at the Bellagio, the setting is serene, and the food is beyond memorable. The menu brings to mind old Las Vegas glamour but with a distinctively modern flair. A few of our favorite dishes at this upscale casual restaurant include the Lobster Thermidor with cognac cream, the Seafood Tower, and the Squash Schnitzel with pomegranate brown butter. For a very special experience, don’t miss the luxurious caviar service. Harvest is all about sustainable, seasonal cuisine with a focus on a farm-to-table concept that brings something new, fresh, and much needed to the culinary world of Las Vegas. At Harvest, you can experience the taste of decadence while still remaining committed to healthy dining and avoiding the typical Vegas overindulgence. Start your meal with an artisanal cheese board. Then move to the main course of Wild Isles Salmon or the Roasted Half Chicken, accompanied by sides like caramelized mushrooms with sherry cream or the roasted brussel sprouts with maple vinaigrette. Each meal is pure perfection. The Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge is where to dine when you’re craving the fusion of classic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. At the hands of Michelin Star winning chef Akira Back, guests dine on seafood that is flown in daily and offered in a wide range of preparations. Enjoy the backdrop of the Bellagio fountain show as you enjoy cool or warm shared plates, perfectly prepared entrees, or the unforgettable tasting menu. There’s also an excellent selection of sushi and a collection of specialty cocktails that perfectly complement all of it. Fix Restaurant & Bar is American cuisine reinvented to appeal to the modern food lover. The wood-burning grill is where much of the magic happens, but Fix Restaurant & Bar, with a 4,200 sq ft dining area, holds nothing back when it comes to impressing every guest that walks through their doors. The flatbreads are a favorite, with choices like Spring Pea with herbed goat cheese, Jamon & Cheese with a sherry tomato jam, and the Mushroom with brie, ricotta, and truffle. The entrees are just as mouth-watering, each prepared on the wood-fired grill. Whether you’re in the mood for steaks or branzino, the chefs at Fix never disappoint. Jasmine is a Bellagio Hotel restaurant that is as beautiful as it sounds, featuring Nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine in one of the most elegant restaurants in Las Vegas. Jasmine marries the flavors of Szechwan, Cantonese, and Hunan cuisine to present a menu that’s full of exquisite flavors. Pick a selection from the live tank, or opt for any one of the delicious entrees. The Spicy Chicken or Abalone Hot Pots are favorites, but each dish is such a sensory delight that you’re going to love whatever meal you choose. Noodles is an eclectic collection of noodle dishes from all over Asia, with each one absolutely packed with flavor that will leave you craving more. Of course, noodles aren’t the only thing on the menu at this casual dining spot in the Bellagio Hotel. You’ll also find modern classics like Spicy Sambal Pork, congee with various additions, and their Signature Soy Chicken. Make sure to enjoy a little something from the sake menu to compliment your meal. Sadelle’s Cafe is the spot where you can enjoy a delicious and satisfying breakfast or lunch. Who doesn’t love a restaurant that offers a sticky bun as an accompaniment to an omelet? Plus, their Signature Breakfast comes with a bloody mary or mimosa. Sadelle’s menu is quite extensive, with something that will surely please everyone. Whether you’re looking for a light meal to start the day or something more filling to fuel you mid-day, Sadelle’s Cafe is a favorite spot at the Bellagio Hotel. The Buffet Bellagio is a favorite in a city with a reputation as the epicenter of buffet love in the United States. The chefs at the Buffet Bellagio create a world of international cuisine that’s just waiting for you to come and sample a little bit of everything. Last year, many buffets on the Las Vegas Strip closed, but now most have reopened, including this buffet treasure. Bring your appetite and save room for the gelato station! Sometimes you’re hungry but don’t want to take the time for a full meal at a sit-down restaurant. The Bellagio offers several options for quick bites, where you can refuel and then go about your day exploring Las Vegas. Meals at the Bellagio Hotel range anywhere from $15 at a quick eat spot to several hundred dollars for a prix fixe menu at a fine dining restaurant. Bellagio does a great job of offering a range of price points among their restaurants. There are several restaurants located at the Bellagio where you’ll have an exceptional view of the fountains. Enjoy a fountain show while dining at LAGO, Spago, Mayfair Supper Club, Le Cirque, Jasmine, Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge, Picasso, and Prime Steak. Las Vegas is famous for many things, but the culinary scene is among the best. The Bellagio offers something for everyone, from casual to fine dining, and everything in between. Wherever you choose, we’re sure you’ll enjoy every bite. Your email address will not be published.
