Forwarder Genius - Use Terms and Privacy Policy

This document is to acknowledge the Use Terms and Privacy Policy of Forwarder Genius, a service provided by Carlos Lugones through the Telegram Bots platform.

Who am I?

Terms of Use

• By using the bot, you agree with these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please, stop using the bot.
• You accept to use the bot with responsibility and never harm another person or organization by any means. If you do so and I detect it, you'll be permanently banned from the service and reported to authorities.
• You accept not using the bot to forward child porn, gore content, or another type of illegal content.
• You accept to never abuse the bot by performing damaging use such as infinite loops of messages being forwarded from origin to destiny over and over again; or by sending a very huge amount of messages to the bot, which can result in traffic saturation.
• Furthermore, you accept that these Terms of Use can change anytime, with previous notice or without it.
• The bot's owner reserves the right to operate or terminate the service anytime.
• The bot's owner reserves the right to block any user, preventing them from using the service, without any explanation.

Privacy Policy

• By using the bot, you agree with this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please, stop using the bot.
• The data collected through the bot is securely stored on an external server.
• The data collected through the bot is never provided to third parties, nor sold to anyone. In this bot, you're the customer, not the product.
• You accept that this Privacy Policy can change anytime, with previous notice or without it.

By using the bot, you provide me with this information:

a) Regarding your Telegram account:

• Your username
• Your first name
• Your last name
• Your chat ID (a unique identifier of the chat you open with the bot)

This information is provided to the bot via the Telegram platform, and you can control the privacy of that information in the Telegram settings. This data is collected only to know who the users are and as a way to contact them and keep control of the user base.

b) Regarding your flows:

• The origin chat ID and title.
• The destiny chat ID and title.

This information is provided to the bot via the Telegram platform, and it is collected to be able to forward messages from the origin chat to the destiny chat.

c) Regarding the messages being forwarded through the bot:

• All the content related to the messages.

This information is provided to the bot via the Telegram platform, and it is collected for security purposes. Your forwarded messages are being monitored 24/7 to detect abuse and possible harmful use of the bot. The log of messages is periodically deleted, and I don't keep them for a long time. Also, these messages allow me to debug possible bugs in the bot.
