I share your frustration. It feels like any influencer/celebrity/fitness guru who embodies the skinny-fit aesthetic eventually turns into an average-bodied blogger selling out for approval from the petulant body positivity mob. (If they were truly body positive, they wouldn't shame other people for being too skinny -- but that's another matter.)
I used to really like Caroline Deisler's body & level of muscle tone, but alas, she has recently gone the aforementioned route. Her Instagram still has some nice fitspo if you scroll back a bit, though.

Seconding old Caroline Diesler, and sjanaelise is along the same vein (although horribly obnoxious).
Some runners are good inspiration, thinking mainly of Melissa Bishop (melissacorinneb). I am partial to running though and her dedication (green dress picture is 3 months after giving birth) is particularly inspiring.
Line Brems also comes to mind
I love fridas little six pack. I like this thread. I LOVE the skinny fit look, i plan on doing more for my midsection and look forward to whatever advice this thread can give me. I mainly just plank, reverse plank, and walk alot but i think i need a little more. My exercise routine is pretty vanilla. I need more muscle gaining routines. What exercises work best to whittle waists down? Just planking and doing occasional crunches has really straightened my figure out (or maybe im just naturally straight figured) and i would love a little muscley hourglass.
totally agree that it’s super hard to find fit girls that actually look sg skinny! one of my faves is mads rafferty, she’s a bit MIA at the moment but she used to post fitness videos on her youtube and her stories are pretty inspiring! i also think her body is the perfect mix of skinny but super toned.
i also like john benton’s page for workout inspiration and transformations, even though most of the models featured on his page aren’t super skinny.

What exercises work best to whittle waists down? Just planking and doing occasional crunches has really straightened my figure out (or maybe im just naturally straight figured) and i would love a little muscley hourglass.

You think she’s obnoxious? I just think she’s extremely happy and content with her life. Her cheeriness can either be annoying or contagious with me, I don’t dislike it though. If it was anyone else perhaps I would, but Sjana got admitted to a psychiatric ward at 16 after trying to kill herself; I think she has every right to be overwhelmingly and, at times, painfully grateful.
Yes I’m being overly sensitive but I’ve been on a Sjana kick recently and just wanted to post more thinspo LOL

The thing that has most improved my waist wasn’t actually doing like a million crunches a day or anything, but focusing on lowering my body fat percentage so that the muscles that I did have became more pronounced. Fasted HIIT worked for me, as well as weightlifting—even movements that don’t seem core specific help as they necessitate bracing your core while moving the weights around.
I’m sure @salander or @aquamarinist (plz return) would be more knowledgeable resources though!
