Weladee records the exact time at the check in/out to provide an accurate information to HR department.

Sometimes, employees may forget to check in in the morning, they were busy on the phone and simply forgot.

In the evening they leave office in a hurry and forget to check out.

Be aware it can be a trick for late arrival or early leaving.


You can tell them not to forget. Sometimes it happens.


Of course it shouldn't happen, but when it happens, Weladee proposes an easy solution for employee to inform HR department.

When the employee realizes he/she forgot to check in/out, then he/she informs Weladee with the bot.


1. Tell the bot


Your employee goes to Weladee bot (@weladeebot) and write "I forgot to check in"


Just tell Weladee Bot "I forgot to check in"


Answer the questions

2. Get acknowledge


Your employee receives an email to prove the HR department has been informed.


Employees receives acknowledgement email for the forget


3. HR Department is informed


The HR department is informed by Telegram & Email. It's now their duty to update your attendance record. Just click on the link, you will reach Weladee Portal attendance page where you can update record for your employee.
