Foreign Ministry warns Moldovan citizens about security risks in Israel
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova issued a warning to citizens of the country who are in the State of Israel, traveling through its territory or planning a trip in the near future. The ministry reported a possible deterioration of the security situation in the region.
According to the diplomatic service, there remains a risk of escalation of tension, rocket attacks and the introduction of additional restrictions by the Israeli authorities. In this regard, Moldovan citizens are advised to exercise increased caution, strictly follow the instructions of local authorities and monitor official communications.
Citizens are advised to avoid crowded places, postpone optional trips if possible, and check the status of flights in advance. Those who are already in the country are advised to keep in touch with relatives and have identification documents with them.
