A BOY raped his six-year-old sister by acting out a sex scene from Grand Theft Auto, a court heard.
The child, 12, smirked as he told a judge about his dreams of becoming a professional footballer - as he was let off with a 12-month therapy order.
He raped his victim several times while his parents were asleep - with one attack coming on Christmas Day.
One sickening attack took place in front of another young sibling and came after he watched a sex scene from Grand Theft Auto.
His tearful mum clasped his hand as the graphic charges - three of rape and one of inciting the the girl to engage in sexual activity - were read out at Swindon Youth Court.
They will be struck from his criminal record if he completes a 12-month referral order at an out-of-town therapeutic facility.

The boy, from Swindon, Wilts, sat impassively for most of the hearing.
But he chuckled when the judge asked him about becoming a footie star.
He was caught after his sister confided in a teacher about the abuse.
When interviewed by police, he initially denied the offences but later admitted his guilt.
His mother said: "We just want to make things right and do what's best for the safety of the children.
"He's doing really well and I want to make sure we can all be a family again at some point.
"My daughter used to be very sad about it all because she worried this was her fault.
"She's come on leaps and bounds, she's a very strong girl and there's not an ounce of sadness in her now, I'm so proud of her."
He was added to the sex offenders register for two-and-a-half years.

A 13-year-old boy has admitted to sexually abusing his young sister after she was seen ‘displaying sexualised behaviour’ towards a neighbour’s grandson.
He has been sentenced to five years detention and ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The child, who is from the Coventry area, pleaded guilty at Coventry Youth Court to four charges of rape.
Of his sentence, Judge Sylvia de Bertodano told the boy: “What that means is that you will be detained in a secure children’s home for two-and-a-half years and you will then be supervised for another two-and-a-half years.”
Prosecutor Andrew Tucker said that earlier this year one of the family’s neighbours became concerned about things she was told the girl had been saying to her grandson, reports the Coventry Telegraph.
“The neighbour then caught her displaying sexualised behaviour towards her nine-year-old grandson.
“That raised concerns in that lady’s mind, and she began her own investigation and then notified the police.”
As a result the girl, who was 10 or 11 at the time of the offences, was spoken to by the police.
She told them that her brother had put her on the bed and told her to take off her clothes before getting her to perform sexual acts.
She said it had been taking place about once a week, which was confirmed by the boy, who had also shown his sister a video clip he had downloaded onto his phone of an act of oral sex.
Mr Tucker pointed out that there was ‘no suggestion of any coercion,’ but the offences were classed as rape because of the girl’s young age.
When arrested, the boy immediately admitted he had been having sex with his sister, but said that if she had asked him not to, he would not have used force to do so.
He claimed he did not know it was wrong at the time, but accepted he had told her not to say anything about it.
Richard Murray, defending, said: “Because of the way this offence has arisen, he does not pose a risk to society in general.
“The two children had a very close bond, and that has manifested itself in a totally inappropriate manner.”
Mr Murray pointed out that there was ‘a package of support and rehabilitation’ available for the boy, who he said was ‘showing signs of shame and guilt’.
But he conceded: “That would be an exceptional course in these exceptional circumstances.”
Sentencing the boy, Judge de Bertodano told him: “You know you are here because of what happened with your sister.
“You had sex with her, and in legal terms that is rape because of her age at the time.
"There is no suggestion you forced her to do it, but it’s clear you knew what you were doing was wrong.
“All this has put you in some very serious trouble indeed. It is very sad for you, and very sad for her and for your family.
“The principal aim of the youth justice system is to prevent young people from committing crimes.
“But I also have to consider society as a whole, because one of the things I have to do is to demonstrate that the law is being enforced, so that parents will have confidence that if their children are raped, something will be done about it.”
Pointing out that if he had been ten years older the ‘starting point’ would have been ‘something like 18 years,’ before giving him credit for his pleas, she told him: “In my judgement this is much too serious for a youth rehabilitation order.”
