A trifle, soft X instead of hardcore
Bizarre Video is all about bondage and fetish content, and this one approached but failed to cross the line over into hardcore porn. It's more quaint than dirty. Fred Lincoln uses the specter of enema action as merely a gimmick, with bag hoisted frequently and the hose pretend-inserted into some actor or actress's posterior, but nothing explicit shown. What is visible is the welts from actual whipping or flogging, the usual subject matter sought by the Bizarre loyalists. Anthony Crane and Nicole London are police detectives who head down to Vault 28 in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan to interview people and try to apprehend the title criminal. I won't spoil it by revealing the culprit's identity, but it can be deduced easily (if not immediately) by the process of elimination: which cast member from the opening credits doesn't show up, hence is hiding behind the bandit's fetish hood? Porsche Lynn and Skye Blue make a formidable pair of dominatices (my choice of plural) abusing big-bust sub Summer Cummings after she does an impressive exotic dance for the fans. That's probably the highlight of this teaser of a video, which like many a fetish video runs a scant 48 minutes. It ends with a "to be continued" card, and I note that a couple of sequels are duly listed in IMDb.
