FollowNest: Keep Client Follow-Ups in Telegram
FollowNestSent a client quote and meant to check back later? FollowNest keeps the person, the context and your next reminder together inside Telegram.
It is for freelancers and solo business owners who already use Telegram. It reminds you; it does not read your client conversations or automatically message clients.
Help us test one useful habit
The FollowNest Team is inviting five working freelancers who use Telegram for client conversations to try the free workflow and tell us whether it earns a place in their workday. No purchase is needed.
Try a free reminder in Telegram — start with a fictional example, such as Alex / sample website quote / ten minutes from now.
- Review the bot's data notice and choose your timezone.
- Add a fictional person, a short context and a reminder time about ten minutes ahead. Check the preview before saving.
- When the reminder arrives, mark it done or snooze it. If the workflow fits, you can then try an actual upcoming follow-up using a pseudonym and minimal context.
- Tell us what happened, what you currently use instead, and whether you would choose to use FollowNest again. Honest negative feedback helps too.
To volunteer for this small test, email follownest.team@gmail.com with the subject “FollowNest test”. Tell us whether you already use Telegram for client work and whether you tried the reminder. Please omit client names, messages, documents and screenshots containing private details.
We are collecting volunteers through 5 October 2026. Participation and feedback are optional; you can stop at any time. If you try it, an optional update after a week about whether you used it again will help us decide what to improve.
What FollowNest does
The guided flow asks for the person, context and reminder time separately, then shows a preview. When a reminder arrives, you can finish or snooze the follow-up and review a reply draft to copy yourself. You decide whether and when to contact your client.
Free and optional Plus
Free includes 5 active follow-ups. Optional Plus includes 200 active follow-ups for 499 Telegram Stars per 30-day pass, with no automatic renewal. English and Arabic interfaces are available. The free plan is enough to participate in this test.
