The included software is crap! its a hassle to register it and then find out it don't work. The Solo is excellent!!

I loved my first Scarlett Solo so much that I ordered another one for a second computer. It is super easy to use and looks great on the desk.

I love it, I've used it several dozen hours since it's arrived last week. Works great with both my Mac and iPad and handles anything else I plug in.
everything was great, ordered it from mexico arrived on time, just had a problem with payment using a visa credit card, use paypal instead 👍🏻

Works fine except I am experiencing a hum when computer is connected to AC. Some sort of grounding issue I’m yet to solve.
I was not aware “usb powered” meant it has to be delivered luged into a computer to work. Any other type of usb power will not work. Absolutely useless. Heading for the garbage as it’s too expensive to return to England!
Feel thé différence between with and without is like a total New point of view on the audio production and the pleasure to Heart It.

Bought refurbished unit. My experience with it has been great so far. I haven't had any problems with it. I assume that it has been thoroughly tested and is the same as a new unit. Great customer service. Great experience.
I received a nonfunctional refurbished Scarlett Solo (3rd Gen) that I am now having to replace.
Unfortunately, I sent it back as order the wrong one I have now ordered the 2i2 as a replacement
The product is of brilliant quality. Set up and registration was easy and provided extensive detail on how to use the product.
With a simple piece of equipment you can get incredible recordings, it's very easy to use and includes great software.
Incredible for a solo artist or small studio that only needs the 2 inputs.
Good interface, but i couldnt install pro tools or any software that was related to iLok.
I had encountered some problem with customs but a week after I received my package, the only negative thing I had was that I did not see my receipt inside the box and the warranty

What a well built small powerhouse. I had literally no experience in the recording game and this is the easiest thing to start up and use. In about an hour to two hours you can be set up, recorded, and have a track minimally EQ'ed. Fantastic product.
