Flashing instruction to flash NON-OSS Vendor ROM

1. Reboot to recovery
2. Wipe Cache, Dalvik & Data
3. Format Data ( no need if decrypted, just flash DFE )
4. Flash FW+Vendor if needed
5. Flash ROM
6. Flash GApps if vanilla, if not just ignore
7. Reboot

Backup your persist.img first before doing anything
