If you are using HyperOS then

Please switch to either official MIUI

or AOSP rom before

• Use This Recovery - TWRP

• Reboot to Recovery

• Wipe Partition - Dalvik, Cache, Data, Metadata, Internal storage

• Format Data.

• Reboot Recovery.

• Flash Latest FW.

• Flash the Port.

• Format Data.

• Reboot to System.

• After setup install this - PlayStore
