Flashing PE A12

1. Flash latest Firmware.

2. Flash latest Dynamic TWRP.

3. Reboot to Dynamic TWRP.

4. Flash latest PE rom zip and then format data.

5. Reboot and enjoy.

Note: If you see any red line errors on twrp just ignore them and continue flashing. Also before first boot don't flash magisk or any modules but you can flash & use them later on.
