Flashing Instructions

- use this recovery

- flash fw (latest hyperos global)

- format data (if encrypted.. if not then just wipe data, cache, dalvik, metadata)

- flash ROM

- reboot system (slot a)

or use fastboot installer inside the zip (takes alot longer tho..)
