Follow This guide Complete Step By Step-> Flash repartitionzip (take backup of internal to pc or wherever because it will wipe storage data then go to manage partition and select data then format data)

-> flash fw
-> wipe dalvik,system,data,vendor,cache
-> reboot to recovery
-> install rom
-> flash nosetupzip
-> flash permissiver
-> format data
-> Let the rom boot till You See Lock screen
-> swipe down navigation baar click settings icon
-> go to wallpapers
-> apply any wallpaper and select apply to both
