Flashing Instructions

If you're encrypted:

Format data by typing "yes"
Reboot to recovery
Wipe (system, vendor & cache)
Flash ROM
Flash fcrypt.zip for decryption (skip for encryption)
Reboot.

If you're decrypted:

Wipe (system, vendor, data & cache)
Flash ROM
Flash fcrypt.zip
Reboot.
