⚙️ Flashing Instructions — Project Matrixx

📦 Backup your internal storage
Flashing will erase all data.
⚠️ Install Matrixx Recovery
Download it from release channel:
📥 Matrixx Recovery
Rename the downloaded recovery file to recovery.img.
✅ Flashing Options
Flash with Odin (recommended for Samsung devices)
Compress recovery.img to recovery.tar using 7z.
Flash it using Odin in the AP slot.
Once complete:
Enter recovery mode and begin flashing the ROM.
⚠️ Note: TWRP is not supported — Matrixx Recovery is required!
🆕 First-Time Installation
🔽 Download required files from release channel:
📥 Matrixx ROM
📥 GApps (NikGApps - Android 15)
🔁 Boot into Recovery:
Power off the device.
Plug it into your PC.
Hold Power + Bixby + Volume Up until Matrixx Recovery boots.
🧹 Wipe everything:
Format data (clears internal storage).
Format system and cache.
📲 Sideload the ROM zip:
In recovery: choose ADB Sideload.
On PC, run:
adb sideload your_rom.zip
🌐 Sideload GApps zip:
adb sideload your_gapps.zip
🔁 Reboot and enjoy Project Matrixx!
🔄 Updating to a New Version
🔽 Download the latest Matrixx ROM from the release channel:
📥 Matrixx ROM
🔁 Boot into Recovery:
Hold Power + Bixby + Volume Up while connected to PC.
📲 Sideload the updated ROM zip:
adb sideload your_rom_update.zip
🌐 Sideload updated GApps:
adb sideload your_gapps.zip
🧹 (Optional) Wipe cache and dalvik cache.
🔁 Reboot and enjoy the new update!
