📖 Flashing Guide – Evolution X (Android 16) | beryllium

🔧 Preparation

Recovery-: Evolution X recovery/Orangefox/TWRP Dynamic Partition supported recovery.

🔄 Clean Flash (Switching from another ROM)

⚠️ This will wipe all data including internal storage. Backup first.

1. Download EvolutionX ROM & recovery image to your computer.
2. Boot device into bootloader (Fastboot mode).
3. Flash recovery with:

fastboot flash recovery <path/to/recovery.img>

1. Reboot into recovery.
2. Wipe dalvik / cache / data.
3. In recovery, select ADB Sideload.
4. On PC, run:

adb sideload <path/to/evolutionx.zip>

1. Reboot back into recovery.
2. Format Data.
3. Reboot to System.

🔁 Dirty Flash / Update (Updating EvolutionX to a newer build)

⚠️ No data loss if successful, but always backup.

1. Download the new EvolutionX ROM .zip to your device.
2. Boot into recovery.
3. Wipe dalvik / cache.
4. Flash the new ROM .zip.
5. Reboot to System.

✅ Notes for EvolutionX:

• Gapps are already included, do not flash separately.
• ROM uses Dynamic Partitions → requires a compatible recovery.
• To pass Integrity (SafetyNet) → enable Keybox & PIF in Settings after first boot.
