Flashing Guide - Fleur

Important notes before flashing:

- Make sure your phone is either officially unlocked or if you have already flashed some 4.19 ROM and your bootloader didn't lock, feel free to flash this ROM without worrying.

- Firmware is already included with the ROM, no need to flash.

- If coming from 4.14 you can use TWRP to flash the ROM, but don't do "Flash current TWRP"

- I am not responsible for any damages that could happen to your phone.

Flashing Guide:

- Flash the Boot Image provided in the post and reboot to recovery (If you're on 4.19 already, otherwise use official TWRP)

- Then Apply Update -> ADB Sideload and from PC just type 'adb sideload rom.zip'

- When sideloading finishes, it will ask you if you want to reboot to recovery, THIS IS IMPORTANT, YOU MUST click NO! If you click yes, you will be stuck in a bootloop!

- Do a Factory reset -> Format Data

(Vanilla ROMs only):

- Now if you want Gapps, Advanced -> Reboot to recovery and sideload them, only CORE Gapps are supported (preferably NikGapps or MindTheGapps)
