Flashing Custom ROMs on Mi 10T Series
π§πΊπ³π±ππ’πΊWARNING!
Backup your data before you proceed & if any data loss happens we're not responsible. Your device's bootloader must be unlocked in order to flash a Custom ROM.
Note: Only perform data format if the previous ROM has encrypted the data partition.
Also keep in mind that some Custom ROMs that come with OSS Vendor may encrypt your data so double check before flashing the ROM to avoid data loss.
--- Clean Flash ---
Copy the Custom ROM & the Required Firmware to your internal storage
β’ Also remove any lock screen password or pin
Reboot to TWRP Recovery
β’ Use the latest version of TWRP from here
Optional: Format data if you're coming from another Custom ROM or a ROM that encrypts your data.
β’ Wipe βΊ Format Data βΊ Type "yes"
Wipe Dalvik Cache + Cache + Data
β’ Wipe βΊ Advanced wipe βΊ Tick "Dalvik / ART Cache" & "Cache" & "Data" βΊ Swipe to wipe
Flash the Custom ROM
β’ Flash the Required firmware linked in the update post if you're coming from another Custom ROM
Now just Reboot to system

Copy the Custom ROM
Reboot to TWRP Recovery

Flash the copied Custom ROM
β’ Flash the Required firmware linked in the post
Wipe Dalvik Cache + Cache
β’ Wipe βΊ Advanced wipe βΊ Tick "Dalvik / ART Cache" & "Cache" βΊ Swipe to wipe
Now just Reboot to system
