FlashCom APK Builder Service — Terms of Use

By using FlashCom’s APK Builder service, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities.

1. Purpose of the Service

FlashCom provides a tool that allows users to generate Android APKs from their own websites for testing, personal use, or authorized distribution. This service is designed to simplify app deployment for web-based platforms.

The APK Builder service allows users to convert their websites into mobile applications without the need for advanced development skills. FlashCom strives to provide a seamless and secure API and tool for anyone wishing to create APKs from their own website content. This service is only available for legitimate, non-malicious use cases. FlashCom reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these criteria.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the FlashCom APK Builder, you must:

• Only convert websites that you own or have explicit authorization to use for APK generation.
• Ensure that the website content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and copyright restrictions.
• Take full responsibility for the content, permissions, and functionality of the website you submit for APK conversion.
• Refrain from using the service to generate APKs that contain harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Not use generated APKs for malicious activity, unauthorized brand representation, impersonation, or any other unlawful activities.

You agree to indemnify FlashCom against any claims arising from your use of the service, including any legal actions, damages, or losses caused by misuse of the generated APKs.

3. Verification Requirement

Mandatory Telegram ID Verification:

To ensure the security and prevent abuse of the service, all users must verify their Telegram account using the FlashCom APK Builder Verify Bot before using the service.

• During the verification process, users will provide their Telegram ID, which will be stored for future use.
• This verification step helps ensure that users are legitimate and prevents the use of fake Telegram accounts.
• Only verified Telegram IDs will be allowed to proceed with APK generation requests, ensuring that FlashCom can track legitimate usage and prevent fraud.

By verifying your Telegram ID, you agree to the storage of your Telegram ID and acknowledge that this is necessary to prevent misuse.

4. FlashCom API Usage Terms

FlashCom provides an API that allows users to create APKs from their websites. The API can be accessed directly or through third-party services.

Use of GitHub Actions:

FlashCom utilizes GitHub Actions as a part of the build automation process for generating APKs. GitHub Actions is used to automate the build of APKs from user-submitted websites, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. By using the FlashCom APK Builder service, you acknowledge and agree to the use of GitHub Actions in the backend build process. GitHub Actions is a tool that allows FlashCom to perform necessary build automation tasks, and it is a crucial part of the service.

For Third-Party Service Providers:

If you are a third-party developer or service provider using the FlashCom API, you agree to:

• Integrate the FlashCom API in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use.
• Ensure that any service built on the FlashCom API is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Take full responsibility for the content and security of any services you provide to users through the FlashCom API.
• Provide clear, transparent communication to your users about the services you are offering and ensure they understand that these services are powered by FlashCom’s API along with other integrated technologies, including GitHub Actions, for building APKs.
• Do not use the FlashCom API to engage in any malicious activity, spamming, or unauthorized activities.

FlashCom is not responsible for any third-party services that use the FlashCom API. You are responsible for ensuring that your users trust the third-party service provider before using the service to generate APKs.

5. Intellectual Property

• FlashCom’s Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and brand names associated with the FlashCom APK Builder service and API remain the exclusive property of FlashCom.
• User Content: You retain full ownership of any content you submit to the FlashCom APK Builder. FlashCom does not claim ownership of your content or any materials uploaded through the service.
• Licensing: FlashCom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the purpose of converting your website into an APK, subject to these Terms of Use. The service involves the use of third-party technologies, including GitHub Actions, solely for the APK build process. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that third-party services, such as GitHub Actions, are utilized exclusively for building the APK.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The FlashCom APK Builder is provided "as is", without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

• No Guarantees: FlashCom does not guarantee that APK builds will always succeed or function as expected.
• Service Reliability: FlashCom does not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, defects, or interruptions.
• Limitation of Liability: FlashCom will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues resulting from the use of the FlashCom APK Builder service, including but not limited to:
• Data loss
• App rejections by app stores
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Misuse of the generated APKs

You agree to use the service at your own risk and take responsibility for the consequences of any issues that arise.

7. Privacy and Data

FlashCom collects basic information from users to ensure smooth service operation and security. The following data may be stored:

• App Name: Name of the app you wish to create.
• Package Name: Unique package name for the app.
• Icon URL: URL for your app icon/logo.
• Website URL: URL of the website you wish to convert to an APK.
• Email Address: For sending build status updates and APKs.
• Telegram ID: For verification, tracking, and sending build results.
• Telegram Bot Token (Developers Only): Collected to allow build results to be sent directly to your bot when you integrate the APK Builder API.
• 🔒 This token is stored securely in an encrypted format to prevent unauthorized access.
• IP Address: May be stored for security and tracking purposes.
• User Agent: Used for rate limiting and tracking purposes.

FlashCom may review build logs, configuration files, or related metadata to ensure system reliability, detect errors, and prevent abuse or misuse of the service.

FlashCom may temporarily review user-submitted website URLs or build configurations strictly for debugging, security verification, or abuse prevention purposes. These reviews are performed with privacy in mind and do not involve accessing or storing any unrelated website data.

Such reviews are conducted solely for security monitoring, debugging, and service quality assurance — FlashCom does not access or share any personal user content or website data beyond what is necessary for service maintenance and compliance.

FlashCom will never sell, share, or misuse sensitive personal data. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in this Privacy and Data section.

8. Termination

FlashCom reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate your access to the service if there are violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the service for malicious purposes or spamming.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submitting websites with harmful or illegal content.

9. Storage

All generated APKs are securely stored on FlashCom Cloud.

You can view and manage your APKs using the Telegram bot @UpLynkBot. Your APK builds are linked to your verified Telegram ID and can only be accessed by using the same account in the bot.

10. Notifications and APK Delivery

FlashCom will send build status updates and APK download links directly to your Telegram chat (using your verified Telegram ID).

If you also provide a valid email address during the build process, FlashCom may send the same build results and download links to your email inbox as an additional delivery option.

Important:

• Always verify that emails are sent from flashcom.services@gmail.com or flashcomservices@gmail.com.
• Official Telegram notifications will only be sent through @AppkIfyBot.
• If you receive any unexpected Telegram message or email claiming to be from FlashCom regarding an APK you did not request, please ignore or delete it immediately and report it to us so that we can alert other users and raise awareness about potential scams.

11. Services Connected to FlashCom API

The FlashCom API is designed to be integrated into third-party services, which may provide their own APK generation tools using FlashCom technology.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

If you are a service provider integrating the FlashCom API, you must ensure that your service complies with these terms. This includes the obligation to:

• Clearly communicate to your users that your service is powered by FlashCom API.
• Ensure your users understand that you are responsible for the service they are using, not FlashCom.
• Provide support and help to your users as FlashCom is not responsible for your service’s functionality.

12. Acceptance

By using FlashCom’s APK Builder system or by downloading any generated APK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

13. Right to Modify or Discontinue Service

FlashCom reserves the right to:

• Delete APKs: FlashCom may, at its sole discretion, delete any generated APKs at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of the service, violation of terms, or for maintenance purposes.
• Discontinue Service: FlashCom may suspend or permanently discontinue the APK Builder service or any part of it at any time without notice.
• Account Suspension/Deletion: FlashCom reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns.

No Liability: FlashCom will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the deletion of APKs, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. Users are encouraged to back up any APKs they generate before FlashCom makes any changes to the service.

FlashCom APK Builder is a service provided under the main FlashCom platform. By using this service, you also agree to be bound by the FlashCom Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms supplement the main FlashCom Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the main Terms of Service, the main Terms shall prevail.
